  • Only bit that i can do of that is the bit at 4:19.

  • vova you´re amazing, and my favourite juggler, your routine on the bjc was epic!

  • "what do you mean vova and olga have american parents?"

Well, the family Vova and Olga live in treats them as their own kids and Vova and Olga treat them as their own parents.

  • what do u mean vova and olga have american parents? arent u vova and olgas dad?

  • "arent u vova and olgas dad?"

    Yes, I am their dad.

  • does vova do devilsticks or diabolos besides juggling

  • "does vova do devilsticks or diabolos besides juggling"

    No, he doesn't.

  • this video is one of a kind! congrats

  • I love this video

  • That 4 ball Box was Realy nice ;D

  • do you think thats his house?

  • This house belongs to Barry and Sue Bakalor.

  • cool but that's one huge house!!!!!!

  • but when he was on ABC's Nightline, they said that in this video vova juggles "in and ontop of the mansion in which he lives".

    If i remember correct.

    Whats the mixup here?

  • "Whats the mixup here?"

I don't see any mixup here. Vova does live in this mansion, but this is not his property.

  • o right, thanks

  • Ok,but how come he lives there?

Does he have any relationship to the Bakalor family?

  • "...but how come he lives there?"

The Bakalors offered Vova and Olga to live with them.

"Does he have any relationship to the Bakalor family?"

Formally no, Vova doesn't have any relationship to the Bakalor family. But in fact Barry and Sue are Vova and Olga's American parents.

  • But in one comment you said that Olga lived with 2 roomates.

Maybe you meant the she used to live with 2 roomates then she moved in to the Bakalors house?

  • "But in one comment you said that Olga lived with 2 roomates."

Olga moved out from the Bakalors' house in January 2009. Now she lives in the UCLA dorm with 2 roommates.

"Maybe you meant the she used to live with 2 roomates then she moved in to the Bakalors house?"

    No.

  • OK.

That cleared a lot of things,Thank you very much!

  • but why dosent he live with you

and how did he meet the Bakalors

  • "why dosent he live with you"

Where? In Russia? He likes it much more in the USA. :-)

"how did he meet the Bakalors"

I guess the first time Vova met the Bakalors when Jason Garfield brought Vova and Olga to the Bakalors' mansion in 2004 to tape the material for Vova and Olga's DVD. This mansion was under construction then.

  • nice

  • UGHZ!!!! Damn it I can even juggle 3 clubs, yet alone 3 clubs flat!! U ARE MY IDOL!!!!

    P.S. You own.

  • I didn't see any batons - I did see a few clubs however, but none dropped...

  • Your are by far the best juggler i have ever seen you and your sister are the greatest dua i have ever seen....and HOLY F*CK your house is huge

  • awesome juggling, vova!! YOU ARE THE VERY BEST!!

  • you are the best juggler EVER!

  • AMAZING SKILLS

  • YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

  • SORRY for being dumb on You Tube as I'm new here.

By the way, Vova you better not believe in why try harder, because I want to see the next big thing you are going to come up with.

I loved that maneuver by you on the 2007 juggling competition video my brother put down under his favorites.

  • I swear, you really have come to the point where all there is left is to beat your own present ability. Then again isn't it awesome that you'll have such a high standard to attain?

  • Would you really want me to send research articles under this video for Olga to look over for autism?

  • "Would you really want me to send research articles under this video for Olga to look over for autism?"

    Yes, why not?

  • Olga should look into articles on Pivotal Response Training & Discrete Trial Training & "recovery" or "indistinguishablity" which is the hallmark of work from UCLA - Lovaas, UCSB-Koegel, and UCSD - Schreibman

    Schreibman, L., & Koegel, R. L. (1975). Autism: A Defeatable Horror. Psychology Today, March, 61-67.

    &

Lovaas, O. I. (1987). Saving Grace: Thousands of autistic children can now lead normal lives, if they get the right help. Psychology Today, December, 42-44.

  • Yet the hallmark of behaviorism is that stories aren't all "recovery" or "indistinguishability for populations has been proven well.

Lovaas, O. I. (1987). Behavioral Treatment and Normal Educational and Intellectual Functioning in Young Autistic Children. Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology, Vol. 55, No. 1, 3-9.

  • Then there are the population studies so again for info. that could save you a lot of reading info. private e-mails for each article could direct you much quicker to what you want to read. Along with inside info.

  • Oh, sorry the population studies beginning did make it on, but there are also the replication studies and other things like books so again I'd love to give you more privately.

  • McEachin, J., Smith, T., & Lovaas, O. I. (1993). Long-Term Outcome for Children with Autism who received Early Intensive Behavioral Treatment. AJMR, Vol. 97, No. 4, 359-372.

  • Oh, sorry, I misunderstood you. I meant you sending Olga these research articles through e-mail or through her YouTube account. I didn't understand what you meant saying "under this video". :-) I thought you just ask my permission to send these articles to Olga. Nevermind.

  • Well, at Olga's You Tube Account I have given my e-mail. I did this because I am new with You Tube and do not see an attachment feature.

  • Would you really want a bunch of autism articles referenced under this video though?

  • Could you e-mail them to me?

  • Sure e-mail me privately at ABAisSCIENCE with your e-mail and I'll send you the articles with description for the significance of each along with a another attachment to help you put a person side to it. ALSO, sorry for the joke below this e-mail about you. I suppose I should work harder to be professional.

  • For Understanding PRT you should look at these two articles from The Journal of the Association for Persons with Severe Handicaps:

    Koegel, L. K., Koegel, R. L., Harrower, J. K., & Carter, C. M. (1999). Pivotal Response Intervention I: Overview of Approach. JASH, Vol. 24, No. 3, 174-185.

    &

    Koegel, L. K., Koegel, R. L., Shoshan, Y., & McNerney, E. (1999). Pivotal Response Intervention II: Preliminary Long-Term Outcome Data. JASH, Vol. 24, No. 3, 186-198.

  • New pivotal behavior just identified which can identify autism at 14 mos. w/ 94% accuracy by that test alone, but teaching it is key in the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders.

Whalen, C., Schreibman, L., & Ingersoll, B. (2006). The Collateral Effects of Joint Attention Training on Social Initiations, Positive Affect, Imitation, and Spontaneous Speech for Young Children with Autism. JADD, Vol. 36, No. 6, 655-664.

  • Finally, if you want the last two pivotal behaviors that have been identified at UCSB & UCLA I will privately e-mail the notes from UCSB's last conference on PRT as they have not been published & so my notes are the only way you can get info. on them now.

  • I have seen all the others and you are the best! Your work this year blows away the competition. Keep finding the new thing as I know you will. Where is this video taken at without revealing too much, please?

  • "Where is this video taken..."

In the house where Vova and Olga live.

  • Is it southern california like around the Santa Barbara area as I just visited there?

My brother loves juggling videos and he likes the character some show in their videos, but I always add after each of his lines that you are the best juggler period. You remind me of a friend by looks in my teenage years. I love UCSB!!!!

  • "Is it southern california like around the Santa Barbara area as I just visited there?"

    Yes, Agoura, CA.

"You remind me of a friend by looks in my teenage years."

You mean Vova reminds you of your friend?

    "I love UCSB!!!"

Olga was accepted to UCSB, but chose not to enter it. :-(

  • I bet the weather is awesome!

Vova you look like my best friend from 11 to 19 years of age.

Olga you did not chose UCSB - My dream college though for me it would be PhD as I have been to college for three completed goals already BSME/MBA/BCBA - I'm 34 years old.

  • The dream now is PhD from UCSB under Dr. Robert L. Koegel who helps children with autism.

  • "...who helps children with autism."

Interesting. For some reason Olga is very interested in studying autism.

  • I am very interested in marrying Olga. Just kidding! Seriously, she should reconsider UCSB as Dr. Robert L. Koegel is the best in the field. I'd love to give her an attachment which explain autism a very great deal. Or I could give each article she should look over.

  • "Vova you look like my best friend from 11 to 19 years of age."

Well, unfortunately Vova doesn't read YouTube comments.

  • BOMB!

  • omg! u r truly amazing,i mean... ur my idol,im trying to learn how to juggle as good as u but for now i can only do 6 balls and 5 clubs.thank you for all the confadience u give me!

  • At 3:50 there's a four balls "box", I know that with four balls there is more than one way to do a box pattern. Wich is the siteswap for this box at 3:50; I wanna learn it...

  • when you throw the club up to the balcony bit, it has white trim but u catch a club with black trim. :P

    amazing video though

  • "when you throw the club up to the balcony bit, it has white trim but u catch a club with black trim."

Just watched the video in better quality than on YouTube and didn't notice it. Looks like the same club for me. :-)

  • ah that would explain it

  • i really liked the 7clubs from the above angle, and especially the 5cascade while stretched out on the couch! you make it all look too easy!!

  • i love the move where he throws the clubs through his legs so awesome! and how he nods his head to the music while doing it! awesome 1000/5

  • wow vova did something i like!

    -krista

  • You are the BEST in the world, and i dont even have to see the others

  • ive seen 9 clubs from the jugheads company!

  • i respect more someone that does tricks with 5 clubs than someone that simply juggles with 7 clubs..and btw.."crownen (1 month ago) marked as spam

I was I could do half the stuff u do ur really good" duh he is...not for nothing hes the most young and talented juggler...

  • wats the most he can do solo

  • I was I could do half the stuff u do ur really good

  • Nice crib!

  • u see crazy juggling shit and u say "nice house"???

    dude....

  • I've seen pretty much every juggling video you've appeared in, and this is definitely in the top 3. Not only is the juggling phenomenal, but the song has a great juggling beat and the editing is first rate. Great job Vova and Mark!

  • hey can you do 8 clubs

  • LOL... he's been World Champion with clubs...what do you think??

  • I have only seen one person ever juggle 8 clubs and for 5 seconds

  • super!!

  • This has to be one of the most amazing Videos I have seen in a LONG time. EXCELLENT!!!

  • ... Jesus....

  • super!

  • Vova you should have won,

Gus may have brought energy to the competition.

    But you brought the technique.

If it was up to me you would win hands down.

  • well done, good song 2!

  • totally neat

  • i can't even handle the amount of awesomeness that this video is. wow.

  • :o) :o) :o) :o) :o) :o) :o) :o) :o) :o) :o) :o) :)

    Beautifull!!

  • the best juggling video EVER.

  • AMAZING

  • That really sucks that your video wasn't chosen Vova. I think you were by far the most talented, and your video the most professional.

At least Chris Bliss didn't win...

  • OK, Fatboy has announced the winner: Gus Tate. He blows. And so does Fatboy for not recognizing Vova. The announcement is at Fatboy's myspace site:

    myspace.com forward slash fatboyslim

  • I know!!!

When I first I saw this video, I actually thought that it was the real music video. I can't believe Vova wasn't even on the top 11.

  • OK, the Fatboy Slim contest is rigged. The 11 finalists are listed here:

    http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=841303592&n=2

and Vova is not on the list. I call BS!

  • Omygosh that was so wicked cool! =]

  • all i have to say is fuck me thats insane i love it, can't belive i've never seen these before.

soo ned to practise my club juggling more

    hugs

    SPike

  • I have this stuck in my head, so I must watch it over&over&over. _nICOLE_

  • What's the difference between this one and the other one?

  • The only difference I see is the intro screen. This one has the Galchenko introduction with the tagline "the only jugglers gravity fears", so I would assume that this is intended for Olga and Vovo's IJA profile.
