I have to say i am with 6030 diesel on this, I think its uneccessary to leave a loader on when not needed as its making the tractor unstable and causing extra wear on the front axles especially in the case of a 2wd.
@amblefire Read My initial comment, I've put enough wheel bearings in two wheel drives to know the biggest killer of them is loaders. You'd Hardly think I'd suggest you do it for fun?
its for better visibility when cutting cause there too fuckin lazy to take the god damn loader off!!! we always do cause it drives me wako driving around with the loader all the way up for no reason
I don't have a tool box on my tractor, so I leave the bucket loader on and carry the whole toolbox for emergency breakdowns, extra twine, and my cooler for drinks. That way I don't have to go back to the truck for the whole day. Just a thought :P
oh sorry i just HATE HAVING THE LOADER ON WHEN ITS NOT NEEDED plus the brackets on it redirect hot air from the fan to he side grilles and over heat the tractor in the summer when its working hard its fine for hauling bales but anykind of work and it over heats
it looks like a longer stalk grass. we use a 50/50 tiffany and alfalfa mix in our fields it has more leafs and smaller stalks and cuz it grows better in Wisconsin. lol
It doesn't take much with the loader up in the air , it's that weight above that will throw off the balance of the machine.

I was tought by an old farmer to never run with the loader up in the air because you can flip the tractor easily, always keep it down

@john6218att My grandpa flipped a JD 2355 because he had the loader up. Thank God he was ok!

BUt you have to remember that tractor might cut hay for an hour and then go clean barns. It prolly is there so they can use it later.
amblefire 2 years ago
@amblefire takes 5 minutes to take a loader off....how lazy are you ?
Makemyday0126 1 year ago
@Makemyday0126 But why take it off if your going to use it the same day...it would be a wast of time.

its too make it easier to roll the tractor cuz some people are retarded, and do not know the laws of physics.

What is the point of keeping the loader all the way up it wont knock the grass down if its at its normal height
