I was lucky to spend a month in August on holidays in AZABU EAST TOKYO in 2008. One of my best souvenirs was my stay in a beautiful and modern flat very close to the Tokyo tower with a view similar to the one above. Vive la magie du Japon et la gentilesse des Japonais... Time lapse is a sequence of photographs taken each X time (3 photos per minute, for example) then all unite with the help of a video program to create an animation that simulates the video.
