@bdemark56 you can fix her hair easily bye washing it but skip the shampooing part unless you purchased her used.put some conditoner in her hair and lather it up and then get a brush or conmb and comb it with the conditoner in it then let it sit over night or juat a few minutes long then rinse the conditoner out jsut a little bit you have tp keep some copnditoner in ehr hair or it won't come out silky and shiny cause dolls don't soak conditoner like real peole hope o helped you

@babyaspen03 Mattel is the company that currently owns AG. Pre-Mattel dolls were made when Pleasent Company owned AG. Pre-Mattel dolls are a higher quality. Theur skin is made off a softer vinyl, the eyelashes are softer and not as plasticky, on the back of their neck it says pleasent company in smallish letters, and their fingers have a more defined shape. Oh and my Molly's hair smells like Downey but I don't think thats a characteristic of Pre-Mattel dolls. I got mine from a collecter.
