I just realized listening really (obscenely) loud that this cd and all digital copies have audio problems. The lowpass completely cuts out twice for 30 seconds each time. This would be the best metal song ever made without that.

God I wish they would rerelease this album digitally mastered.

@Razoce Why no? Its true for me and I'm sure its true for other people who like to explore the musical world a bit more than you're willing to. A few years ago I listened exclusively to metal because I was close minded and unwilling to try new types of music out.

Granted, I avoid mainstream hip-hop and rap like the plague, but I tend to do the same for pretty much any genre of music. Artists like Nujabes, TOKiMONSTA, Shing02, Cise Starr, and CYNE are fantastic examples of the genre done right.

I'm not saying Dark Tranquillity don't deserve more recognition, they do.

What I am saying, is that this music is unique in that they aren't looking at the mainstream audiences that other bands seem to want so bad. (E.x - Five Finger Death Punch). The fact they stick to their own sound and unique lyrical themes is because they won't look at the everyday radio audience.

That's just my "hipster" opinion.
