Nice! Thx for posting this. But I have a question: when you play this strumming you`re touching the strings with your palm and pick...or just with the pick?

Spider, it's really, really simply. You simply rest your left hand's finger on the given string/strings without pushing down. So you're just lightly touching the string while strumming it. This way you get a muted note.
