Hi hi! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my father lost tons of weight with it.
This diet IS hard...at first; but with anything worth having, you just have to work at it. My motto is "Fake it till you make it". It was hard at first for me but the health benefits are ABSOLUTELY worth it!!
Spondylitis - I was diagnosed with this in my twenties and suffered many years with it. According to the medical profession this is incurable, as are many other things too. What they really mean is they can't get you better. The good news is, you can get yourself better! All my spondylitis symptoms are gone. They went quite quickly on a low fat fruit and greens diet. I now eat starches too.
Diet is the first thing we should address with any health issues!
It just occured to me that i should gather your feedback on your daily lifestyle .. for example do you manage your time or not.. if you do what's your secret if you don't .. tell me does it make a difference to manage time or not? .. anyways i'm waiting for your feedback .. don't forget to check my featured video on my channel :) thanks .. chat with you soon :)
@elwaybigfan The change is to remove all animal products from your diet and focus on starches, remove also free fats from your diet, meaning no oils when cooking. :)
I think whether this diet is hard or not is depending on where you're coming from. A raw vegan would find this diet very liberal, whereas a "SAD" user would find it quite restrictive.
I am a recovered fibromyalgic who left the care of medical profession to discover the cause and cure of this horrific condition, and I understand this condition from the inside and back out again. This is a good description of symptoms. Symptoms can often be mistaken for the cause, and treatments that help do not cure. Do not give up from failed hope. Keep going! See video:

I used to have arthritis pain all throughout my body, had pain for years and years, not until a friend of mine told me about an all natural, little known protein, did my pain go away.
Jackie talks about this diet being hard. I think its the easiest way to eat. I make a giant pot of veg soup every three days. At breakfast I have oat groats with cinnamon and raisins, lunch is a bowl of soup, salad and bean and salsa sandwich and dinner is a salad and soup and a sweet potato or two. I eat so much food I feel guilty. I really dont miss the junk or the meat. It is really nice to know that I the power through diet to heal myself and that in my 70's I'll dance at my Gkids wedding.
I have personally met and talked with a lady who several years ago suffered from arthritis so bad she should hardly walk. After following Dr. McDougall's diet she has completely cured herself and is now running marathons! I am not kidding. Amazing and true.

This is the same things that I go through...I have to try this diet for sure. I can't live with taking these drugs for the rheumatoid arthritis.
