On of my fails i never forgot,i was staying on some bulding at the heigt 3 meters and i jump the flor has been broke and I fail from 3 meters. I broke my right arm,ankle at the left leg and broke my finger at the left hand(that is the worst xD) When I recover I get back at that building and look from what height i fail,I talking to myself my broken arm,ankle and finger is good because i can pass worst ,uch worst. Thet is my story :D Greetings :D

Why people is destroying parkour, parkour is not about doing innecessary backflips like the guy at 00:33 parkour is just about cat leaps, wall runs, vault, etc. dont hurt yourself and dont add to parkour rythm gymnastics like backflips, etc.
