Downtown Newark is a fantastic place for the new arena. It's clean, it's safe, and is the type of area Ranger fans like to imagine that the Garden is in.
It's no secret that Hell's Kitchen, the neighborhood in which the Garden is located, isn't that safe, and is mostly industrial wasteland clogged with traffic.
The only plus is that it's STILL Manhattan.
