Anup Jalota is alive and he is very well right now and is still very popular. He still has highest selling bhajan records. I think you meant gulshan kumar instead, I nevr liked him and he never sang. He was just the producer and his company T-series came out with a lot of bhajan records out of which majority were based on latest bollywood songs which sucked X(. He was killed in mumbai by some shooters long back.
