I had a rice cake with yellow sweet bean paste in it. It was quite good and rectangular in shape. But I think mine was Vietnamese though! lol Mine was a bit crumbly, and pretty thick, so I was caught on taking my time eating it and not having it crumble all over my clothes.

i got one of those from an Asian grocery store. red bean paste is sickeningly sweet. is there like a milder flavored kind? do like the dough though.
