gimp is great but some simple things are better with MS paint and some things photoshop cs3, it really depends on what ur using it for. I use paint for schematics and designs, jasac paint shop pro 8 for texture editing, and gimp for wallpapers and stuff that needs to look cool.

Thanks Chris. If I can remember the address and if I need an app like that, It's nice to know that there is such an app that can be used for free. There are times when I screencapture and I don't want to do a search for something that can draw on the image. Takes a long time to find a freebie and by the end, I'm bored and quit.

while ms paint's actions havent changed much the layout has been updated mosts of ms paints resources have been replaced with newer ones from windows xp and windows vista vista's ms paint is alot easyer than windows 98's windows xp's is diferent as well but they all do the same thing anyone rember paintbrush from windows 2x or mspaint from windows 1x

Hey Chris, I found this really cool app that you can use from ANY computer, it doesn't even need an internet connection, and it can be Mac or PC. Its called MS Paper and Pencil, without the MS.... LOL
