They have a good point. I wasnt active when i was younger, and right after i graduated i gained a ton... Just find something that you can have fun with.. Like that Just dance game. Something that makes you get up and move. Doesnt have to be a legit work out.
haha just kindding- you should watch some tv show, or anime series, and EVERY TIME during the intro/song thing, do some crunches. or something that doesnt really feel difficult or something.

I like to think of myself as a pretty hardcore gamer, and I'm pretty thin, but I don't do any extra excercise sooo I have no advice for you. .__. sorryyy
Just don't over do it with the fast-food and snack foods. I think you'll be fine without going all super-hardcore-work-out-time. Also, it's really good to talk about how you feel about things like that :) Anyways, enjoy yummy food while you can and personally I think you'll always look great.

Play Super Smash Bros while doing sit ups. You will only be able to see the screen after each sit up which will drive you to do more.
