Both are good for their own reasons. LRB's also cant work in every gun. SCS hopups are adjustable, as lrb's arent (its a fixed design, being its the entire barrel). Think of an scs being the same type of deal an aeg has, with a rubber bucking, and a set screw to adjust it.
