  • Nice job and very useful.

  • so cuuute and sweet child

  • easy way to keep the can from denting when you punch the holes... fill the can with water and freeze first, remove from freezer and tap holes, allow ice to melt, dump it, then add candle....this gives a hard surface to hammer against. :0)

  • Great video... your daughter reminds me of myself at her age! I believe she will go far, and she obviously has a "bright" future ahead of her! Excellent instructional video with an excellent teacher - thanks for posting!

  • Wow, what an awesome girl you are, very clear and concise! Well done!

  • but the can is blocking the light, i would have used glass instead of the tin can

  • @juki0h glass would break when u hammer it :P

  • Hahaha, I think I' m in love, cute girl w/ good ideas, very sweet! Reminds me of my childhood starting to make everything out of everything making my mom freaking out because of (de-)constructed things. Now I show my little crafty students my lantern work and additionally patterns of all over the world which can be punched or drilled in to cans and strong foils. Keep up your good work, little princess, love your vids. Yours, Tiger in Shadow

    great instruction!

  • child with a lighter...not a good idea

  • @crafty25936 Proper supervision and education are great for kids, even if it does involve a lighter. On the other hand I have met some adults i wouldn't trust with a lighter.
