Starcraft was way ahead of it's time, and there are still people playing, Diablo II was addictive-runewords, leveling, set items, simply endless fun. Warcraft 3 was a great game by itself + it had different mods (judgment day, tower defense, dota)

All 3 games were and still are pure greatness.

And as far as the storyline, all 3 games were like movies. Diablo 2 and Warcraft 3 had the most amazing cinematics ever.

@xh2oxx Idiot. He threw the sword to destroy the corrupted worldstone. Baal was already dead when Tyrael got there. He couldn't have been corrupted because Baal prevented him from entering. Therefor, he had to be dead before Tyrael could enter. More likely is that all the lesser evils do some ritual to make new prime evils, or something similar.

There's no paladin because, besides the fact that Blizzard already did a paladin, they don't want a class that is an unambiguous "Good Guy". Every class has their gray areas. Even the monk is super vengeful. If you want a sword and board class play a Barbarian.

All classes will be human.

Actually, much of the speculation on who that demon is involves the possibility of it bein an amalgamation of Diablo, Mephisto, and Baal. Perhaps with the worldstone gone, the ancient magics and laws of the universe that would have caused their demise were removed or cancelled? Or perhaps the soulstones were only BELIEVED to be the last remaining piece of their existence... who knows.

It'd seem that that *is* Diablo. How he's come back, we don't know just yet. Maybe something to do with the falling star in this video, because Diablo was given extra power in early versions of Diablo I if you took too long to kill him and the stars aligned (this concept was cut from the final version of Diablo I, but may nevertheless be official game lore, than Diablo draws strength from the stars). The falling star, btw, may be Wormwood, a harbinger of the end of the world in Christianity.

actually it is diablo. u can see the scare from where the soul stone was in diablos forehead. bails was in his chest. and thats where the soul stone was originally in diablo in the first diablo in the princes forehead. and the hero that kills diablo in the first one also pierces his forehead with the soul stone attempting 2 trap dialbo within him. the wanderer in diablo 2 who turns into diablo also had a scare on his forehead.
