Hi there, well some things in life cannot be seen but they have to be acknowledged. For example do you believe in God? Do you believe in the cell phone? Do you believe in the telephone? do you believe in the Internet? Those things are not connected via wires however you do know that it exists don't you? Look at websites and google what people feel about these therapies. I know myself that my patients - including doctors and specialists - have found this to work wonderfully for them! good luck!
:/ i want to do this. I have my own methods of healing but to be certified to me is kind of to be validated in what I do. The cost for the programs are prohibitive for lower income people though (of which I am one). It's not a bad price, don't get me wrong, but for those of us struggling to get by from week to week...it's pretty impossible.
@thermaldogBecause it works! Not all people like this type of therapy and there are many other ways to heal your body. Do what you like, but there is no need to put down what others have great success with. Healing Touch has been researched with the National Institutes of Health and is a legitimate therapy.
@leemarais123 until i see proof then i stand by my statements...people you and this programme never have proof....where are all the happy folk who have been healed??
i have done healing touch through level two! the ladies you see in this video taught me here in san diego, at scripps center of integrative medicine! this program is amazing!! i learned sooooooooooooooo much in 4 days!! =)
@nationofjoe From what i can see, this is just a reinvention of TT (therapeutic touch) which was debunked back in '96-'98 by a 4th grader's science fair project which eventually led to her being the youngest person to have an article published in a major medical journal. (She had help from others in composing the final article, but the idea and research is essentially hers, as is the experiment used) Do a search for Emily Rosa if you want the full story.
@assortedchaos : are you so sure!? Try Googling (scholar.google.com) healing touch and read some of the peer-reviewed articles based on research in universities on this technique...there's a lot on this planet that medicine and science can't explain - keep an open mind; you'll be amazed what you may learn!
@nationofjoeYes you can see some at the National Institutes of Health - search on Healing Touch. Also our research website has other articles that are published in peer review journals.
I have watch this video countless times as a HT Certified Practitoner and Instructor, and continue to be amazed at the beauty of this DVD. The "energy'" of this video brings healing just by viewing it. The practitoners are professional and speak form their hearts and minds to bring the concepts of holistic prevention and wellness to every home, hospital and heart! I will pass this on to my network, friends and curious skeptics! Thank you HTP and YouTube. Well done!
At age 68 I am just beginning the journey of learning Healing Touch and am very excited at the prospect of helping others realize calm and healing, and for my own personal spiritual growth. This video was very encouraging.
I could sense the compassion and calm from both the practitioners and those receiving Healing Touch. It was beautiful to watch and very encouraging to see so many medical professionals embracing this non-invasive, inexpensive method of healing and relaxation.
No thanks, I want a real doctor if something goes wrong with me. Snake oil...

@thermaldog shame i feel sorry for people who are so narrow minded and are actually open enough to tell the world just how ignorant they actually are

@thermaldog Getting away with healing people, that doesn't make any sense. I heal people and I don't charge anything.

So, are there any peer-reviewed scientific articles supporting the effectiveness of Healing Touch?
