Road construction in Wisconsin makes the I-94 trip via Tomah-Eau Claire-St. Paul something to avoid.

The southern route is much easier & confirmed clear 5/17/08.

I-90 via Tomah-Lacrosse-Rochester & State Hwy 52 via Rochester-Bloomington.

This also has the advantage of coming to Bloomington without having to go through urban traffic.
