  • I think whats making it hard is the squats and deadlifts because i weight 215 and not 165

  • your legs should actually be pretty strong from carrying the rest of your body weight. more potential to build muscle there

  • doing this exercise now, kicking my butt and had to drop the weight down to 45 lbs after the first set and I went one round instead of the whole 3. Its a nice circuit for me because I have a bar at home and I like how the exercises flow together well.
