I didn't quite understand this video. Where was the test? As for syncing the audio with the video when using the zoom. You can get a program called PLURALEYES that will sync it for you by matching the waveforms of the audio signals.
What is the radiation level reading on thise counter tops? what is that chincky stuff you cut and put in that liquid? what is that liquid? Is it delicious? It seems like a lot of trouble to go through for a cup of something. Is the taste worth the time and effort? is it chai? what country is that from? Wait, what country is this video from? Was that music also recorded using the Zoom H4N? Was that the Cranberries? Wait, was that juice Cranberries? What lens did you use? I like the look of this.
When you plug the h4n or insert the card you can copy the files, after that you will have to synch the video and the audio using the IN point. I sugest that you make a quick Google search for sound and video synch in FCP to find good video tutorial about it that is the best way to learn
I have the nikon d90 and I'm thinking about getting the h4n for any short films I might start doing. I plan to go to college next year for film production as a minor.
I was hoping just to hear the sound recording from the Zoom H4n, but the Background music is overpowering, do you have another video clip on youtube that just has the sound recording instead with the background music?
oh one more question, where did you place the microphone? I'm thinking that with the tripod mount on the bottom of the recorder that it can be mounted on the shoe flash of the camera with a shoe flash adapter, thus making it so that you just have to worry about the camera and not the audio

It was sync in Final Cut the D90 don't have a Mac IN unfortunately. Next week I will grab the Canon 7D and make some test to compare
