With Arnel's backstory the song goes from being overwrought and saccharine to 100 times more real than when Perry sang it. Have to point out tho -- for Oprah they played it down a half step (Eb instead of E).

hu hu hu kakahanap ko ng faithfully sa cover mo ito napala ko nakalkal ko ang life story ni arnel very very touching because at my age of 15 i start playing guitar and began to dream to be a singer one day but we havent yet a money to buy anything like songhits a tapes a radio i came from a poor family living in squaters area. ngtitinda ako ng mga kalamansi sa bilao at mga plastic bag. that was my unforgettable memries.i cried brian!!!!!!!!!!!!!
