They're refurbishing the wdw one. How different is the track btwn Disneyland's one before refurb and after refurb. I'm mostly asking about drops. I hate them and can handle space mountain the way it is now. Did they make the drops any worse btwn Dl's refurb though?

Keep in mind that I made this in April of 2006, back before all those fancy scenery packs had been created. This was long before Spaceworx and all the others you used in your video (which is outstanding by the way). I went to the effort of making custom fireworks if that counts for anything.

My RCT3 dosn't have Fireworks Editor. Only Laser and Water. Do you have to download it? Great job by the way! Space Mountain is my favorite ride anywhere. Just got back from Disneyland few weeks ago.

Actually:

1. The first lift is black with glowing red lines everywhere.

2. Then it's all dark except for blue and white rectangles that move in pulsing sequences towards you.

3. The 2nd lift has red stripes on black space, not yellow, made to feel like you are spinning sideways in a tunnel. At the top: a projection of a spinning galaxy.

5. Cars have no lights. Not even glowing sides.

6. The end is a fast burst of projected colored stars and slower reverse burst of stars. Brilliant!

The scenery was either already pre-loaded or from Jcat's Dark Ride and SteelWorkz custom scenery packs. They can be found on the Atari Forums (www.ataricommunity.com) The stars, I custom made by using the advanced fireworks editor. The music was added in later using Windows Movie Maker, which also can convert the videos taken on RCT3 to regular video format.
