Do The Return of Keef and Invader Poonchy please! And ya know, you don't need to use paint for animation you could draw the cartoons on paper and take pictures of them
It is probley scap voiceing (Voice recodings to just do the animation, then re-record the audio) Thats why Zim's voice sounds soft, Richard's voice probley started to fading, (He said that happened alot to him when voice acting for Zim, he yells alot.).
