I am 24 weeks and didn't have the money to buy a DVD or membership to a website. I've done this every day and its seriously been SO helpful. Thank you. (:
I am 30 weeks and have just started doing these poses. This has been the best video I have found so far and I can do it at home. Makes me feel like I can relaxed and just enjoy my pregnancy. I have started feeling less anxious not only that I use the breathing techniques regular during stressful work day.
Thank you so much. I'm 17 weeks and was having muscle fatigue. I've done this for three mornings in a row and feel more energized throughout the day. Namaste.
This was great! Good exercises and excellent coaching. :) I'm hoping to somehow bring this into the labor room with me. She does have a very calming voice.
One of my favorite poses during pregnancy was the warrior 2 pose; the breathing and the focus I developed during this pose helped greatly during my labor! I was able to breath and focus through each contraction with ease. Baby was born in under 2 hours, in 2 pushes, with no epidural or medications... Trust your body, it knows what it has to do, and focus and breathe through it. We are more powerful than we realize <3
Awesome video! I had stopped doing yoga because I didn't know exactly what poses would cause harm to my baby. I am so glad to have found this video. It really is relaxing. 2 thumbs up!
I am 34 weeks pregnant and this video is wonderful! I wish I started doing pre-natal yoga sooner..I have only been doing this about 2 weeks. Before I started doing these exercises I had alot of anxiety about labor & birth...but this video has helped me to relax, feel calm and trust my body! I has also helped greatly with my pregnancy aches & pains. thnx so much for posting!
Amazing class. I am 19 weeks pregnant and travelling abroad with no access to yoga classes and the aches and pains of pregnancy are hitting me full force. This class made me feel like myself again. Thank you!!!
This is the first yoga video I saved to "my favorites". It was exactly what I was looking for in terms of length and the focus on labor. I paused it a few times to spend more time in a pose or practice a breathing technique longer.
