  • Good call on the corner.... Its better to see a fighter loose than to see him with brain damage or dead

  • R.I.P SMOKIN JOE

  • Guys, guys, these are the same writers that delivered the hype in their papers&magazines;their jobs depended on it. So, what do you expect them to say? Ali&Frazier understood very well none of what Ali said was really personal. Ali loved Frazier. He said, "If Joe dies, I aint fightin no more-ever." And didnt sleep until word reached him that Joe was going to be OK. W/o ticket sales, there's no advertising, no money, et. al. Sorry but thats the truth. The fights were real. but thats all.

    peace.

  • The Greatest- Joe Frazier.

  • thank you for posting this.

  • WOW... look at 6:02 and imagine having to face down that fighter coming at you.

  • one of the greatest fights ever i wish joe would have won I like him better than ali what ali did to joe was wrong.

  • Ichirima;

I don't know who the fuck you are, but Ali was and still is an asshole.,

  • I remember ali

"I have to get to the phillipines first.., We cant have ugly joe frazier going their first and filipinos going "do all negroes look like that?!" everybody in my house lauphed. calm down joe hes trying to pyche u out, this is boxing.

  • Read Ali's autobiography, where he mentions that the Black Women in Zaire didn't have any "White Blood" in them, that they "weren't attractive." So much for your "Black Hero."

  • @Kerbee please get the fuck outta here. Have u ever seen light skinned black gals!! Those are the finest women in the world.

  • @Kerbee Joe louis is the real "Black Hero". Joe Frazier is right there beside him

  • 'Second hand ' diplomacy? Please If Ali is a man he would have came to Frazier himself. I like Ali as a boxer, but after watching this Ali the man is a trof of snakes.

I dont blame Joe not one bit.

  • @joshua626 I agree with you it was fair cowardly of ali to tell marvis to inform joe he was sorry, if he had any decency he would have apologised himself, he had no humility.

  • "C'mon gorilla, we in Manilla!!" OMG LMAO!! That is so funny. Ali's the greatest. Joe didn't get it, Ali did that to everybody. Joe is a great champion, but he's just a sobbing whiner, and the documentary is defending him like its 5th grade. You can't call me that, im telling! Ali lived by the phrase, "who the fuck cares?" Don't take live too seriously...

  • get over it Joe!

    You lost to Ali twice!!!

Joe may well be a tough fighter but he was absolutely whooped by Foreman 'Twice' and than by Ali 'twice'. You can talk as much about how he only had a one working eye but that only makes his dumber for taking the bout

  • @saz69cent ali is not the greatest heavyweight joe louis is 12 years as champion 25defenses ali never threw body punches he fought ken norton 3times and norton really beat him 3times but got 2gift decisions by the judges so don't hate on a true champ like fraizer

  • @wasimj2a2 man Joe was a great champ but Ali was just greater!

Like Ali said in one of his interviews, styles make fights. He beat Foreman and had lost to Joe earlier but Foreman literally whooped Frazier up & down the ring like a rag doll. Ali was a true champion and he was just in a different league. You can see now that Joe sounds like a kid who couldn't get the jokes thrown at him.

  • @wasimj2a2 Besides Ali knew how to sell his fights and he did. Joe couldn't understand what he was doing. Ali had talked down to every fighter he faced from Liston to Holmes but only Frazier couldn't get it.

  • @saz69cent:

Joe knew that Ali wasn't promoting anything but internal color prejudice within the Black American population that still exists as a holdover from slavery and from Jim Crow. Ali's words just hurt so much because Frazier knew that Ali knew better than that. Ali allowed the attention of the world to stroke his massive ego at the expense of every dark-skinned Black person in America. The tragedy is that Black America still rationalizes Ali's poor choice of words and divisive behavior.

  • @tw69hands2 I wouldn't know much about the sensitives of those words from a racial point of view but I would say that Ali, to this day, is by far one of the better ambassadors of Black America. You can see in his interviews the way he spoke about the community problems long before it was just fashion to talk about this on TV.

  • @saz69cent You call it dumb, a fighter would call it courage. I guess if Frazier was dumb for taking a fight with his nemesis, the man he hated, while blind, Cassius Clay is fucking retarded for trying to take on Holmes when he had Parkinson's.

  • @Shirashama:

    You mean Muhammad Ali.

  • @tw69hands2 I mean Clay. He lived up to his "slave name" through his entire career so that's what I'll call him.

  • @saz69cent:

That's not what bothers Frazier. It was the internal color prejudicial language that Ali used on top of the 'Uncle Tom' accusations. The worse thing about it is that Black America never addressed Ali's divisive language. There are still many Black America that rationalizes Ali's poor choice of words used to attempt to 'psyche out' Frazier. Ali didn't need to do that to promote that trilogy.

  • @tw69hands2

we blacks dont care as long as it comes from another member of "Black america". WTF r u talking about "Black America". Its anoter black guy calling another 1 a gorilla. if ali was white than it would be harsh. but come on u white people need to understand its not a big deal coming from other blacks!
