Coconut oil is delicious. I take 1/2 spoon of unrefined organic coconut oil every day and also i take some Fermented Cod Liver oil, wheat grass, maca, spirulina and chlorella that i purchase from you...And I Feel Great!!!
@realblackhart Cooking with oil is generally bad, but some types are worse than others. If you have to . . . . coconut is better than something like canola.

You're very ignorant, you know that? Sure, it's saturated, but it's MONO-saturated fat - which means it's a HEALTHY fat unlike the stuff in French fries and burgers today.
There are no "protein/carb types", we're all basically the same. When switching to less carb, more fat your body will just need about a week to adapt for the different fuel source.

I just made chicken with coconut oil, I can tell you this I was weak, and within an hour my energy levels came back up. Plus its great for the skin, and even toenail fungus!
i recently realized that i never ate oil! i'm so used to the idea that its bad (even though i never totally bought that) that I inadvertently avoided it. i've been putting it on my food after it's done cooking (unless i'm making an egg, then i use a bit in the pan). eating oil has reduced my appetite too, most of my appetite was reduced by avoiding msg though :)
