IT is not efective.
Problem is how to extract hydrogen from water
without AC or DC power suply.
OR with one batery AA 1.5 volt to extract hydrogen for driving car 100 miles.
This is FREE Energy.
Every dude can put car batery car in salt water and with zilion ampers extract some hydrogen.

I'm OK. Those bubbles in the cell have much sharper and higher tone. Balloon did BOOM but with no ringing
