?; played by Kreisler, altered to faster/ higher pitched, sounds like vibrato of Hassid. Starting note should be F# but altered to A.
The violin is faked with grafted neck, and cracks on ribs, back. front crack looks like real, made in northern Europe 50-70 years ago, poor quality of sound, Zuzek is quality violin sounds so good.
Stradivari lived during one of the coldest periods of the millenium, and spruce he used had very tight grain lines. This looks like either cheap later day spruce, or maybe even pine top. This looks to be more 19th century.
-before restoration, it's showed there're 'fine-tuners' that stradivari must not have it..
-0:09 there's a string that connected end button with tail piece, true stradivari have a thicker string and made from metal
-the pattern of wood of stradivarius violin it's not like that..it must be a diagonal lines, because all stradivarius violin is made from the same kind of wood..
well the fine tunners doesnt prove anything, an owner of the violin could have putted it, also with the tail piece, I agree this isnt a strad, its too fat and to dark like build colour, also the f are to think
I am almost dure this is a stainer, ore at least fon stainer school violin
the strings would not survive 300 years made out of gut, so theive obviously been changed but you have a lot of reason with the fine tuners, those didn´t exist in stradivari´s times...

It was purchased by telephone by an anonymous buyer. The previous record at auction for a Stradivarius was $ 2,032,000 for the "Lady Tennant" at Christie's, New York, April 2005

Are you kidding! Stradivarius violins are worth millions if not, billions of dollars. Still, no one has been able to crack the secret that makes their sound so rich and pure.
