  • pleaz wath is the man of this music ?

  • YOU OWN A FLIPPIN' STRAD??????

sorry but did you know you can sell it for millions of dollars, then buy another violin. And a house. And a new car. But whatever you say....

  • I own a Strad.

  • @kdjfnvjvd ME 2!!!

  • nu cu suguranta nu e un stradivarius veritabil, esto totusi o vioara forte buna si veche, dar nu are toate caracteristicile unui strad

  • why is thais so fast?????? its supposed to be andante religiso right? well whatevs it still sounds good...

  • ?; played by Kreisler, altered to faster/ higher pitched, sounds like vibrato of Hassid. Starting note should be F# but altered to A.

The violin is faked with grafted neck, and cracks on ribs, back. front crack looks like real, made in northern Europe 50-70 years ago, poor quality of sound, Zuzek is quality violin sounds so good.

  • Very good effect

  • What type of varnish did you use?

  • So does this violin sound like a real stradivarius?

  • Stradivari lived during one of the coldest periods of the millenium, and spruce he used had very tight grain lines. This looks like either cheap later day spruce, or maybe even pine top. This looks to be more 19th century.

  • No purfling? Come on!!

  • There is purfling, Check out 1:06

  • Prezado senhor zubiet essa música é de fritz kreizler?grato pela informação...

  • It´s Thaïs, Meditation of Haendel !!

  • Of Jules Massenet, excuse...

  • What's the difference between a Stradivarious and a Stainer?

  • woow !!! what is the name of this piece ? the violin sounds so good !!

  • at 0:15 is not strdivarius string sound, too plastic high value of sound

  • @forestero1 , maybe its just because of the fingering

  • i am cry really

  • read the damm description ppl

  • it's not stradivarius..

-before restoration, it's showed there're 'fine-tuners' that stradivari must not have it..

-0:09 there's a string that connected end button with tail piece, true stradivari have a thicker string and made from metal

-the pattern of wood of stradivarius violin it's not like that..it must be a diagonal lines, because all stradivarius violin is made from the same kind of wood..

  • well the fine tunners doesnt prove anything, an owner of the violin could have putted it, also with the tail piece, I agree this isnt a strad, its too fat and to dark like build colour, also the f are to think

I am almost dure this is a stainer, ore at least fon stainer school violin

  • the strings would not survive 300 years made out of gut, so theive obviously been changed but you have a lot of reason with the fine tuners, those didn´t exist in stradivari´s times...

  • Nice video, the only problems is that this is a Stainer not a Stradivarius.

  • a lot of cracks and repairs

  • On May 6, 2006 Christie's auctioned a Stradivarius violin known as "Hammer" in the record sum of $ 3,544,000, the largest sum paid for a musical instrument. It was purchased by telephone by an anonymous buyer. The previous record at auction for a Stradivarius was $ 2,032,000 for the "Lady Tennant" at Christie's, New York, April 2005

  • amazing trasformation!

  • I enjoyed this very much. Thank you, it added a sweet note you my day.

    Loving thoughts from Illinois, USA

  • wow i am going to get a copy of the starad and the grunary is 2nd to none but in a stard the sound it much more comdense

  • Are you kidding! Stradivarius violins are worth millions if not, billions of dollars. Still, no one has been able to crack the secret that makes their sound so rich and pure.

  • no they can't go to the billions not et anyway...

  • Stradivarius, ah Stradivarius, it´s unique

  • why did u add fine tuners on the g and d string?

  • A parte de si es un Stradivarius o una replica, este video es bellisimo y interesante!Gracias por compartirlo con los demas!

  • Gracias de nuevo.

  • if you are not shure, contact j&a beare in london, they are experts

  • sorry to tell you, its not a strad.

  • I agree, not even a strad model i would say.

  • The video title is just metaphoric... I now wat I have very well.

  • this is a Stainer

  • Who's playing this piece?? It's waaay to fast. It's titled "Meditation" for heaven's sake. Nice tone but it's a little thin up high.

    that violin looks like mine.

  • Thank you

  • Meditation was played great. I played at contest and got a 1. Very nice violin by the way, I have a John Juzek violin.

  • Thanks. Hurra for your 1st. Congrats for your Juzek.
