when ur able to get about +21000 for a quest its not hard...just takes some time

It is the in-game currency. You get money for completed quests and defeated foes.

Maybe it's the lot of BR runs between the promotions. Big Red 3 gives like 10-15 K with rewards. But I'm not rich - not anymore. You know that lol.

The best resource for money are pearls you get as rewards in online quests. Some drops from mobs such as elementals give good money, too. And don't spend too much.
