It doesnt matter whether you cook food, or dont cook it, it is already dead.
The very second you pick a tomato from the plant, all source of nutrition is cut off from the fruit, and therefore it is dead and almost immediately begins to decay or rot.
When you pick a carrot from the ground you kill the plant. It does not continue to grow in your fridge, does it? No, becaue the food is not living, its already dead.
Most food enzymes are destroyed by the acidity of the stomach!
and by the way i take a herbal supplement that a lady makes around my area from the local horsetail, alfalfa, and other herbs that are really good for skin, hair, and strong bones!
also known as kesselerde in europe...when i was young used to pick & eat alot of wild herbslike wild onions, mint, rubharb, milk weed.dandilion ect. i take horsetail but be careful it also thickens the blood..2 answer ur question...yes
she doesnt look all that healthy really.. id imagine it is because she lived just on plants.. when will people come full circle and realize that clean grass fed animal products have nutrients in them that just arent available in plant foods? history tells us that healthy people ate animal foods too.. i believe so many people push the vegan movement on people because of animal right activism.. but there is animals that are treated very well and allowed to eat there natural diet!
You have to reap what you sow.. If you eat animals be prepared to be slaughtered .Have compassion towards all living beings . They suffer as much pain as you do. Peace.
Plants have been proven to react to music and the emotional states of people around them! Plants are conscious! You are a callous mass plant murderer!
Sure they are alive but We are conscious living beings and we can't survive on rocks. We need to eat consciously doing the least harm to the other living beings. Plants don't have blood like other creatures.
The largest and strongest animals survive and thrive on plants like Gorillas, elephants, rhinos, horses. Why can't we?Go ahead and kill a cow with your bare hands and your teeth like tiger would. If you can't then it proves we are plant eaters. Plants are super food.
No, they don't survive and thrive on plants. They eat lots and lots of bugs throughout their day. Human's developed tools for a reason. I can throw a rock at a cow and knock it out, then I can use sharp stones to cut it up. Veganism is based on lies, faulty reasoning, and misplaced compassion.
If you want to be nice to animals, be a vegetarian, and you might get the nutrition you need from milk cheese and eggs, but this veganism crap is just not based in reality. Also, animals are not NICE creatures. Your house cat would tear you apart if you were the size of a rat. I've seen what a bear does to a deer, and it's definitely not NICE, but it IS nature.
im not sure thats a fair reaction. veganism is a choice. It IS true that naturally vegan animals also eat bugs. So to choose to live off of nothing of that sort is an 'unatural'choice. And by saying that I dont mean its a bad one, but a specific choice you made and not neccesarily evolution. Animals do need to be protected and treated humanely, but there is a cycle of life that involves the consumption of animals by other animals. And very few vegans can remain fully healthy without supplements.
I understand why you are saying. I think both sides need to look at the reality of things without getting caught up in dogma. Ways to consume animals or animal products humanely and only to the extent we need the nutrients, and ways to get full nutrition if you choose to be a vegan.
Of course, I would love to see more... Brigitte is awesome... I love her videos... Thank you, Kevin and AnnMarie :))
