I reckon it really all depends on what genre is what in which area of the world your in. To us brits, it's a pure trance tune, if your a yank, you may not have experienced the trance revolution of the turn of the century, so you'll label it as techno or house. Either way, its a tune that really shouldn't be put in a box.
