  • waste of time. nothing to gain, reps dont build bodys, as you can see. use more weight, less reps and put musicle to this rack of bones!!!!!

  • @50006972 it would probably be better to ask him. he can tell you why he's doing what he's doing rather than speculating. it could be he was directed to do so many reps because it was requested by the videographer. nevertheless, julian could answer this question definitively.

  • @50006972 not sarcastic at all brother. look at him. he knows what he's doing. sometimes bodybuilders do "way too many reps" because they want an effect other than muscle-building, that is, they want to rip it up or work support muscles.

  • if he says this is how to get boulder shoulders, i'd do it.

    this guy is building a world-class body.
