I know Alex. This video shows how he was living about 5 years ago.Homeless, sleeping on his friend's boat,etc.But he refused to give up.He's come a long way.He's now a fulltime actor with no need for a second job.He beat the odds.Well done Alex.

I saw Alex in a small play in Pasadena, "The God Committee". It was a good play. The cast had great chemistry, and the actors played off of each other very well, but Alex was probably the best among them. He played an ex-lawyer turned priest. If you look at him, it looks like he's more suited to play a construction worker or a gangster, but he pulled off his role with great sensitivity. After the play, I talked to him for a little bit. A very funny, friendly, and down to earth kind of guy.
