  • This is sad, but I also think the boy with the guitar is amazing

  • How concerned she is for Ukraine's children ...she has never asked herself that other people around the area might have been affected ...for example many cases of cancer in Moldova ??? where majority people are Romanian living ...she really developed a sensibility for ukraines only ...anyway ...Maybe God will help those people and they won't need Roche there ...hopefully !

  • the radiation showed up in ALL the affecteds offsprings

if you had a baby that was normal while u where infected, your childs baby could have a defected child, the cain will go on and on for a long time.

  • I don't understand, Chernobyl happened in the 80's. How is it that these young children are affected today? Are people still living in Chernobly? How did they become affected by radiation?

  • the fallout affected the genes of the parents, and mostly its the babies that are affected... i guess....

  • radiation only hits young onces and old ones and for 20,000 years if not more!

  • Mothers and Fathers that were living anywhere where the radiation hit were affected. Its the DNA that is being affected, and yea even know you can see the effects.

  • PS there are people within the exclusion zome (soldiers) but people still live in places that have bad radiation. They have no where else to go :(

  • @calkit86 i know your comment is about a year old and you already probably know but the reason why these kids are effected is becasue when the people surounding Chernobyl had to evac the zone becasue of radiation, unfortunantly radiation affects the gene pool harshly and some could entirly avoid the radiation.

  • @calkit86 Radiation lasts for around 100 years, and it affects the genes of women therefore affecting their babies. It increases the risk of cancer considerably also, and In belarus the area nearest to it has a high rate of thyroid cancer.

  • @calkit86 Radiation lasts for thousands of years in the case of many elements involved. We're better off with wind and Solar 'cos human weaknesses dictate we cannot be trusted to handle nuclear energy properly. We must continue to look after our most vulnerable people.

  • wow

  • :( wish things like this never happen again.

  • These charities are Saints! The world needs more of these wonderful people..
