Oh god, of course it's fake. Speaking as a pro magician myself I can tell you that Dynamo's version was even simpler than this one !! The Thames is always brown and murky so wouldn't even have to hide much. the bit he "walked" on is still quite shallow if the tide is right. He walked through the water not on, the water was above his ankles !! Thousands of people pass by there every hour, all of those filmed wouldn't even have seen the set up, all Dynamo had to do was wait for the right tide.

@AEmptyCanvas Simple really, the perspex platform is set up by divers, The canoes that come by skim over it as they have very little displacement. Then when dynamo is hauled into the boat the platform is collapsed by the divers so when the boat spins round it seems like there was no platform.

I uploaded this as I was sick of people claiming this was real magic, but dont get me wrong, I think Dynamo is brilliant, but they are just tricks.
