Ballack is a better captain , better leader , ! Ok I agree Gerrard only had england and liverpool and Ballack bayern , germany and chelsea ! But still he does a lot for the victory like in 2002 he scored the 1-0 in the quarter and semi final ( only goal ) and 2006 he made 3 assists and 1 goal ! 2008 he got germany in the final with the header to the 3-2 against portugal and the important goal in the group against austria !
