I started my nasal congestion in gr 6 and 2 years later I STILL got it! I gotta use spray every night berfore I got to bed,when I wake up and after school....AND I'M FED UP WITH IT! >:( on weekends im consantly waking up at 8:00 just to use the spray...theres my one day to sleep in! I AM WILLING TO DO ANYTHING TO STOP THIS NONSENSE! thumbs up :)

not sure...that was my brother who was rinsing his sinuses, i was only recording. i think the name of the product is "NeilMed Sinus Rinse," and I'm pretty sure he got it from a rite aid or duane reade or something similar.

I had a surgery to fix my broken nose... so after the operation, I was getting my nose congested frequently... I had to do a similar procedure to keep my nose clean... I was looking for a remedy to clean my baby's stuffy nose; eventhough, I'll not apply this method on my baby, I find it very helpful and ilustrative for anyone with sinus problems... Thank you!

I have a NeilMed Sinus Wash and it says to continue to squeeze the bottle until you have solution passing through the other nasal cavatity or your mouth.

Also, this is why they tell you to continue to breath through your mouth in the directions. That way you can flush all mucus from the nasal passages and you won't get it lodged in your throat. If you have basic understanding of anatomy it is all pretty intuitive.

I believe this is what they call pwnage.
