I spend a lot of money on my clothes. I wouldn't rip them, or wear them ripped. I know people who do and I don't think it looks good, but each to their own.

First of all, yeah, this video sucks and these people obviously don't know much about goth, but to all those people who are saying things like "no one wears fishnets on their arms" and "ripped clothing is punk not goth", the thing is: wearing fishnets on your arms has always been a staple of the goth aesthetic since the 80's, and ripped up clothing/stockings/fishnet has always been valued.

So yes, ripped fishnets are goth, but theres no need to make vids. Let's keep the subculture underground.

I'm a Goth and a friend of mine showed me one video of this so I checked out a few of those videos. And what I see... are wannabe goths.

Nr. 1. I rarely dress in net stockings or clothing with net in it. It doesn't HAVE to have holes in them IF i'm wearing them. If the holes come then fine, I'm not going to throw it away.

Nr. 2.. How to get your cloths to look worn out? You gotta be kidding me.... all of my Gothic friends want to dress in more elegant way than worn out clothing.
