Freedom of speech. Regardless of the subject of his question, he had every right to ask it. What does this tell you about America? If you ask too many questions , this is what happens.
He had the right to state his opinion or to ask a question and if the school doesn't uphold the 1st Amendment...then why the hell would they even have Kerry speak there. Oh Let me guess...the UF President is apart of the Illuminati too. The Illuminati is no longer hidden. All of you were exposed before you killed John F. Kennedy, cowards!
@reuelckj The military is in the government's pocket. The military is the government, and will never exist independant of the hooks sank deep into the military, American civilization, or the economy.
He wasn't creating an unsafe enviorment he was using his right to free speech. The guy didn't do anything to deserve a tazing and the police should all be fired for tazing him. This is fucking ridiculous, FUCK THA POLICE NIGGUH!
@joshbarber89 Yes, and now we have S.1867 which buries the Posse Comitatus Act & empowers the military to make mass arrests of American citizens. Looks like these degenerate, mercenary police-state shills & traitors and their globalist control-phreak benefactors are having it all their way now. Fear not though, they will ultimately get what they deserve, guaranteed!
He was arrested for Inciting a Riot & was charged with Disturbing the Peace & Resisting an Officer with Violence. Don't make the all to comment mistake of assuming that he was being arrested from the moment an Officers finger touched him because that is NOT what happened & he knew it. Hell, he'd already broken no less than 2 laws BEFORE being given the undeserved chance to ask A question.
cont) Meyer brought this all on himself by his ILLEGAL actions & idiotic decisions that day & no amount of whining, denial & complaining or your, or anyone else's part, will change these simple facts. Meyer's lucky that his lawyer was able to get him a deal for 18 months of probation, instead of standing trial, considering all of the evidence against him.
"Apart from the taser use issues, one must consider the free speech implications of the police officers’ actions", said Howard Simon, ACLU of Florida Executive Director. "People have a reasonable expectation to ask questions in a public setting – even if they are aggressive and some disagree with their position – that is free speech plain and simple. Similarly – Kerry had a reasonable expectation to be able to answer those questions. (cont.)
@redrumrob Neither of them was able to exercise their free speech rights due to the police action." Sure Meyer's violated and pushed to far but Meyer asked a question and Kerry AGREED to answer, then the police arrested him. Not fair.
Andrew Meyer was not removed, let alone arrested or drive-stunned for anything he said that day & no amount of denial, lies & sniveling on your, or anyone elses's part, will change that fact.
".. and Kerry AGREED to answer.." Kerry's interest in, or lack of, answering any of Meyer's numerous questions is IRRELEVANT. It was NOT Kerry's forum & ACCENT had enough of Meyer's bullshit & exercised their LEGAL right to enforce the rules & cut the mic, as I've already told you. Your choosing to ignore the facts will NOT change them & it will NOT make them go away.
@redrumrob So you would agree right now, that I should taze you for being overly aggressive, disturbing the peace online? Or am I aloud to ask that question?
joshbarber89 why don't you just go right ahead & put your head back up your ass, where it's obviously most comfortable for you & leave the thinking to those of us actually equipped to do so.
":O I'm reporting you and your account is going to be banned because you are being overly aggressive and disturbing the peace."
Reporting someone for telling the truth, how shocking. Unlike Meyer I have not broken any laws nor have I violated, in any way, any YT rules. Good luck with your anti-truth, anti-authority agenda, TROLL.
@redrumrob Well you are being just as stupid and passionate about what you believe and standing your ground, insulting, using an over aggressive tone, and disturbing others. MEYERS DID THE EXACT SAME THING. So why are you not getting banned from Youtube and Meyers getting arrested?
For the utterly slow & monumentally stupid, like joshbarber89, I'll say it again. Unlike Andrew Meyer I have not broken any laws nor have I violated any YT rules. You can continue to ignore the facts of the matter but your willful ignorance will not change them one bit.
@redrumrob I actually feel sorry for you. May you lead a blind life, slaving for the bank and be pushed around by the law. When really you do not have to, because it is unconstitutional. Have fun when you look at your credit card debt and wish you didn't have it. Cheerio.
cont.) Not until his continued ILLEGAL actions warrented their doing so. He CHOSE to illegally resist a Lawful removal & he then tried, again illegally, to get others to interfere with the Police. Meyer made a second illegal attempt to get away from the Police, at the back of the room, & was taken to the ground where he CHOSE to ignore their REPEATED lawful orders to stop resisting even AFTER being warned that he'd be "tased" if he did not comply. cont)
cont..) .. ANY use of obscenities would result in ACCENT cutting the mic(he said "blowjob"). Meyer CHOSE to break ALL of those rules & ACCENT member Max Tyroler chose to exercise his LEGAL right to enforce those rules & gave the signal to cut the power to that mic. The Officers were then escorting him out, so that they could talk to him, just like they TOLD him they were going to need to do PRIOR to his speaking at the mic & NOT arresting him. cont.)
cont..).. it did NOT mean that the Police were just going to forget about his ILLEGAL actions. He was told by Police, PRIOR to speaking at the mic, that they were going to need to talk to him after his question & he was reminded about the forum rules. Those rules were:ONE question per person(he asked 5+), 30 seconds to preface it(he talked for a minute & a half before the mic was finaly cut & that was AFTER he'd been instructed to get to his question) & EVERYONE was told that ..cont..)
does anyone know where the arrested guy is now or what happened to him after his arrest? was he convicted of something? is he in jail? did he have to pay a fine?
this is bullshit. i love the University of FLorida but they were in the wrong here. A man stood up for what he believed in and theyarrested/tased him. Then the university acts like they had nothing to do with it. UNBELIEVABLE NONSENSE. the fact that the cops got PAID to take a leave of absence is rediculous. i'd sue in a heartbeat if I was that kid.
@tybennion1 Cops ALWAYS get paid leave during an investigation. they were found to have acted properly so there is no suit and no punishment for them. The leave was no punishment, just procedure when a taser is used. Meyer served a probationary period, apologized and got his charges drop. he has no grounds for a suit.
i'd sue in a heartbeat if I was that kid." Even if he could have found a Lawyer dumb enough to try he'd get laughed out of court. The simple, irrefutable fact of the matter is that, like it or not, THESE Officers, in THIS situation, did NOTHING wrong. Period.
@tybennion1 you people are fucking idiots, he was jailed for RESISTING ARREST not for asking questions. If he wouldve walked out peacefully and tried to let the security explain why he violated the rules he wouldve avoided the whole damn incident. Goddman ppl these days they are so fucking stupid, how can a comment like yours get so many likes anyways? I fear for this generation and its goddamn ignorance.
@bofeckingjangles no, the security tried to escort him out of the building for asking inappropriate questions, he refused and resisted. You dont do that when security tells you to get out. He made a huge scene and still continued to resist so he was tased and arrested.
@risingphoenix86 It wasn't for asking innapropraite questions. it was for barging to the front of the line in front of other students, yelling at the people running the event, yelling at Kerry, pretending to be arrested (BEFORE the video), etc. They tried to let him ask a question out of turn before making him leave, but he yelled at them when tols time was up. they cut the mic when he said "blowjob" & he again refused to leave & yelled about being arrested (when he was only being made to leave)
Yes, tybennion1, your comment IS "UNBELIEVABLE NONSENSE"
"the fact.." You really should NOT use words you don't understand. Another thing you might want to try is basing your comments ON the facts instead of in SPITE of them.
"i'd sue in a heartbeat if I was that kid." As eager as the average scumsucking lawyer is to sue anyone & everyone you'd have a hard time finding one to take this one & even if you did it would get laughed out of court.
@redrumrob so your saying the assult was justified? remove him from the conference by all means, with 6 fully grown cops it shouldnt be a problem. But use a taser? fuck that shit man
1st Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
More often than not your so-called leaders are foolishly blinded by their own self-importance, which leaves their emotions without the benefit of spiritual intellect. They have built their lives upon false foundations involving status, wealth, narcissism, ignorance, arrogance, prejudice, self-seeking glory and many more illusory ideologies that serve no other purpose than to fill their pockets and flatter their egos. Their crimes against you are at an end, for I have spoken and my word is law.
@will300071 Your dad might be a great lawyer, but he obviously doesn't know all of the facts. The cops did nothing wrong. Meyer agreed to 18 months probation to avoid charges. He filed no law suit because no lawyer would take the case. WAY too much video and eywitness evidence against him.
He was kicked out for MULTIPLE infractions of school rules and fought instead of leaving. Look up the full sotry if you want to make an educated statement of what was wrong about what they did.
I saw no reason they needed to approach him initially, and Kerry even tells the officers (though not very enthusiastically) to stop, that he will answer the question. Legally, the cops were within the law. It appears he was asked to leave, declined, and resisted when they tried to remove him by force. It's the fact they had no apparent reason to approach him and ask him to leave in the first place that makes this a controversial issue.
someone shouldve responded to this incident. the american people are cowards. If I was in that room, I would have gotten up and beaten the shit out of security.
the student was trying to make his point and ifthe cops cant carry someone out of the building and calm him down then they need another job.....america stop giving idots guns and tasers......fuck the government i mean the goverment already fucks us....whens our turn to be on top????
@zhongguoren2010 your not a Nazi and your correct I live in America and the country is shit but the police had a right to do what they did cause the student was asked to leave after causing a scene when he didn't, the police attempted to escort him of the premises he resisted so they did what they had to do.
an investigation? its called watching the video, the guy was using his first amendment right of free speech. PAID LEAVE? "oh yeah, just pay them to NOT work, that will teach them a lesson"
@Digijedi569 Yes, and investigation to gather ALL the pieces of the puzzle, not just a two minute video that shows him getting arrested. Go to my channel and watch the video I put together on this incident and be sure to read the description underneath. You'll learn a lot about what this idiot did that's NOT shown in the video.
What the fuck? There was no reason to arrest him. If he didn't do anything wrong at all, then why did he deserve to be arrested in the first place. Also, if resisting is begging not to be arrested or tased and asking why he's being arrested then I seriously need to go study law again. He posed no physical threat at all but they treated him like an armed criminal. It just doesn't make sense and you would have to be crazy to try and justify it.
@xx8visionSxx there was reason to arrest him. He was a huge disturbance in an otherwise peaceful event. Go to my channel and watch the video I put together on this incident and be sure to read the description underneath. You'll learn a lot about what this idiot did that's NOT shown in the video.
@xx8visionSxx The police present have the final say on what is and is not acceptable. If they are When the police ask you to leave, then you leave. If you feel its unfair or wrong that you be asked to leave, then you take it up in a civilized manner not by screaming and whining and physically struggling. His crime was not following instructions. He got what he deserved.
@skraper35 So the cop decides that it is wrong that he is was asking a question? Because he was asking a question he was tased even though he never resisted. You are trying to justify something that is unjustifiable. I believe you should read the first amendment where it says stuff about freedom of speech. The cops had no logic or reasoning behind trying to get him to shut up. No he did not get what he deserved because he didn't deserve any of the treatment he received.
@xx8visionSxx Didn't resist? Have you not seen the actual video? Asking him to leave is not an infringement on 1st Amendment rights. Perhaps you should read the it yourself.
@skraper35 How did he resist? They didn't simply ask him to leave if you actually watch it. They came up to him and grabbed him. You have been conditioned to accept this I assume. The problem is that he should have never been confronted in the first place for simply asking a question and then he ends up being tasered for nothing.
@xx8visionSxx they DID tell himn to leave. It wasn't even his turn as he grabbed a mic while another student was speaking. They gave him a privelage to speak beofre leaving, yet he got mad when they told him time was up & refused to let Kerry reply. The mic was cut when he said blowjob & they told him to leave. he refused.
He was NOT confronted for asking any question. That simply isn;t true & the taser (drive stun) was used to cuff him after NUMEROUS warnings while he was resisting.
@mamacornettesmoney I have seen the whole film and it was his turn and they didn't ask him to leave. You just made up a bunch of lies to back you up but it isn't true. Also, a taser is only needed if the person poses a threat or is extremely resisting arrest. Many times he screams for them to not tase him and he even says that he will walk out and leave but they refuse to listen and teaches America that they are truly slaves.
@xx8visionSxx You saw the film that starts AFTER he was told to leave the1st time & refused. Also, they DO tell him to leave when the mic is cut. What do you think the lady cop is telling him when she grabs his arm? They had told him his time was up a minute before that.
They did NOT tase him. they drive stunned him & did it according to protocol. They warned him MANY times before doing so. They TRIED to make him walk out before arresting him. He was being cuffed (& fighting) at that time.
@mamacornettesmoney Give me a link to a video of them warning before they grab him. If they did that a minute before they grabbed them then he would have never even been standing up to ask the question because he had just asked it then. Also, how can you call screaming for them to stop and not to tase him fighting. Sure it was resistance a little bit but not enough to actually use anything against him.
@xx8visionSxx You can read transcripts & witness reports about the earlier stuff. All videos show them cut mic then cop says "let's go". That's all they have to say since he already knew he was disrupting the event. He was getting a PRIVELAGE to speak & abused it. You see them tell him 30 seconds into his spiel that time is up & he starts yelling at them.
How can you NOT call squirming & holding onto a chair while they try to cuff is arm "fighting"? Look up the word "fight" in a dictionary.
@mamacornettesmoney Any logical person would not call that fighting. As I said he was resisting to some extent because there was no grounds behind what the cops were trying to do. Until you provide proof I will stick with what I have said and that is he was not given a chance to stop until they grabbed him. Provide proof and I will make a different opinion.
@xx8visionSxx What do you think was going on in the minute between the mic being cut & his arrest? What do you think they're telling him while he screams over them about some bogus arrest that wasn't happening? TO LEAVE. Why do u think they're around him from the start? He was told to stop 30 seconds in & blew up. It's on the video you say you watched.
Read "What Youtube doesn't show" by Dennis Jett (UF prof/moderator), transcripts & watch the YT video "Meyer tased justifiably so" Read links
"There was no reason to arrest him." Resisting an Officer(with or without violence) are BOTH illegal, as is Inciting a Riot so they had PLENTY of reason to arrest Meyer that day. Don't make the all to common mistake of assuming he was being arrested from the instant an Officers finger touched him because that is NOT the case & Meyer knew it.
"Also, if resisting is begging not to be arrested or tased and asking why he's being arrested then I seriously need to go study law again." Good idea.
xx8visionSxx cont) "He posed no physical threat at all but they treated him like an armed criminal." He was Resisting Arrest. Period. End of story. Hell, it was his CHOICE to be drive-stunned. He broke the law & was under arrest for doing so. They told him what he had to do & what would happen to him if he didn't do it & he CHOSE to ignore their REPEATED lawful orders.
"It just doesn't make sense" if you don't have all the facts, sure. cont)
@redrumrob They were not lawful orders. The officere removed the kid because he was asking questions that made Kerry nervous. Certainly police to serve a very great purpose, and I respect the hell out of brave men and women who risk their lives for not much more than a teacher's wage, but what they did was censorship. He had every right to ask questions and stay in that room, Kerry even says "let me answer the gentleman's questions." Resistance against police isn't automatically a crime.
@BranDev82 He was not removed for asking any questions & I seriously doubt they made Kerry nervous. Kerry answered in detail & his membership in Sull & Bones is public record.
He was simply being ejected for numerous rules violations. it was the 2nd time that day they tried to make him leave & he pretended to be arrested for questions each time.
Read "What Youtube Doesn't Show" by Dennis Jett to see why he was ejected & google "ACCENT transcripts" to read Kerry's detailed answer.
@redrumrob so what was he being arrested for? Using our right of Freedom of Speech? People like you deserve to have all their freedom's stripped away. If you can't see the problem of the arresting, there is something seriously wrong with you.
"so what was he being arrested for?" For Inciting a Riot, Resisting an Officer with Violence & Disturbing the Peace. He's lucky he wasn't charged with every law that he broke in that room that day. The laws he broke, in the order that he broke them are, Disturbing the Peace, Trespassing, Resisting an Officer(With or Without Violence matter's little as they are BOTH illegal), Inciting a Riot & Resisting Arrest. It could easily be argued that Assaulting an Officer should be included. cont)
"Using our right of Freedom of Speech?" Nope, not even close. Freedom of Speech has NOTHING to do with it as Meyer was not removed, let alone arrested or drive-stunned for anything he said in that room that day. You're comments do nothing more than show your complete & utter ignorance of the facts of the matter, not to mention ignorance of what the 1st Amendment means.
"People like you deserved to have all their freedom's stripped away." Huh? So anyone that actually DOES know what they're talking about & IS using the facts of the matter should have "their freedom's stipped away."? YOU get pissed off about a nonexistent violation of Meyer's rights & *I* should be punished for defending the truth?
"If you can't see the problem of the arresting, there is something seriously wrong with you." LOL YOU are the one that does NOT know what they're talking about cont.)
cont..) but I'm the one with the problem. You are a blittering idiot & an example of what's wrong with this Country. Here are the simple, irrefutable facts of the matter. The Q&A was announced to be OVER & Meyer got mad because he wasn't going to get to ask a question. He started yelling & cursing at Kerry & pushing his way to the nearest mic. He was confronted by ACCENT(the group that had sponsored the Forum & that was moderating the Q&A that followed) AND Police & he was...cont..)
cont..).. asked then ORDERED to leave. Meyer, by his own admission in his written interview for MSNBC(still available online today), refused to comply. That is, under Fl law, Trespassing. He was being removed, by Police, when Kerry interviened & asked that he be allowed to ask his question. Though they had NO obligation to do so, ACCENT & Police chose to honor that request & escorted Meyer to the mic. Their doing so did NOT mean that he was immune from the forum rules & .cont..)
@xx8visionSxx cont) "...and you would have to be crazy to try and justify it." It's quite simple AND correct to "justify" the LEGAL actions of the Officers, once you know all of the facts.
@MrLukas160 Resisiting injustice and fighting for freedom is what America is about isnt it? Its not about submitting to an authority. If that were the case then the USA would still be British colony. The idea of never being able to resist an arrest is absurd. If you have done nothing wrong and are being unjustly detained, by all means resist.
@twopie2 i understand what youre saying but if youre fighting the arrest then that brings up a different charge altogether if he had went with fighting and he had truly been arrested for a reason he shouldnt have then that would have been handle and this situation would not have went this far....and again im not disagreeing with you im just saying there are ways to fight back and that just wasnt it because now in the courts and polices eye he looks like the bad guy
@twopie2 If the guy didn't fight with the cops he never would have been arrested in the first place. He got PLENTY of time at the mic (AFTER shoving in front of other student out of turn) & simply refused to let Kerry reply, then refused to leave when the mic was cut for cussing.
He DID do plenty wrong but all they were doing was making him leave. He was arrested for refusing to leave, struggling with the cops who were escorting out and public disturbance. Notice the crowd CHEER his removal.
@potasium56 They got paid leave.......they pretty much got a free vacation for this bullshit. Cops need to be held to a higher standard of the law BECAUSE of the fact it is there job to enforce it.
@Drixops22 ?? they didn't "get paid leave" like it was a punishment. EVERY police officer that has to discharge a weapon is put on paid leave while they investigate the circumstances. That always happens no matter what. Separate investigations found the officers were "well within their rights" and that they followed their procedures properly. There was no punishment to them as they did nothing wrong. they were simply escorting out a student that moderators kicked out for rules violations.
@mamacornettesmoney It's still bullshit, there were like 6 cops and 1 guy. Why did they need to taze him? He even begged not to be tazed, 6 cops should be able to take down 1 person. Before you get all over me about them "well within there rights" that's fucking stupid we are all human beings having a badge and gun doesn't make you any better than anyone else. Like I said in my previous post cops need to be held to a higher standard of the law BECAUSE of the fact it is there job to enforce it.
@Drixops22 Because he wasn't allowing them to cuff his arm. they gave him 6 or 7 warnings over a 60 second period of exactly what they'd do if he didn't comply.
Having a badge and a gun doesn't "make them better". It simply means they were the ones charged with maintaining order. meyer got out of line and he was dealt with. if you don't like laws and order, go somewhere they don't have laws.
These cops did nothing wrong. they were actually quite lenient when you consider the facts.
I haven't read the story, but I've watched all the videos now, and, though it does seem to be standard practice, I still don't understand the initial crime, why they were bothering him at all. He was slightly hostile, but he was coherent and seemed well informed. It's after they began harassing him that he made his mistake, legally, by stating that he was trying to "inform the crowd". It was after they approached him that it became "inciting"
@LokariusDaemonica He was already approached before that. Look up the transcripts & full reports. They had announced last question & he shoved his way to the mic out of turn, ranting about how they'd arrest him for his questions. They told him to leave & he refused. Kerry talked them into letting him ask his question. When his time was up (same as everyone else) they told him but he got mad. They let him go until he said "blowjob" then moderators cut the mic. Cops were just removing him.
@Flames56 They didn't do "whatever they like". He was kicked out by moderators TWICE and the cops had the OBLIGATION to remove him. He fought instead of leaving so they arrested him. He then fought the arrest so they drive stunned his shoulder after 60 seconds worth of verbal warnings to quit resisting.
How can so many not realize that people running an event have the right to set rules (he broke ALL of them, most more than once) & enforce them.
@mamacornettesmoney The rules were unconstitutional. The rules put forth by the moderators limited "Free speech," given by our First Amendment. So the rule they were enforcing was also unconstitutional. Is that right? No, let him speak.
@lfroggyl Not hardly. You need to read the 1st ammendment again if you thinkkicking a guy out for behavior at a school function is unconstitutional.
BTW, Meyer DID speak, for 3 times the time limit (he started yelling when they told him his time was up) and it wasn't even his turn, plus Kerry gave a detailed reply once Meyer was removed from the room, so the idea that they suppressed his speech is ridiculous.
@potasium56 They didn't get any punishment. They were found to have acted well within their rights. Meyer agreed to 18 months of probation and made public apologies so the charges against would be dropped.
Look up "What Youtube Doesn't Show by Dennis Jett" for the Moderator's version of what happened and Google the AP story "Tasered Student gets probation" for some of the aftermath.
Watch the fucking video of when the bastard Andrew Meyer is brought to the back of the room. See how he pulls away from the officers with violence, and continues fighting them, and swearing. THAT IS WHY THE BASTARD MEYER WAS TASED!! The police here were professional and justified. If I came across Andrew Bastard Meyer when I was a cop, I would have tried to injure him with a baton strike requiring hospitalization. I take Meyer very personally, I can't help but hate him.
The officers all acted professionally. In fact they were very courteous to Andrew Meyer the hook-nosed faggot, with goofy shorts. I know cops that would have slammed him face-first into the floor. I have no use for police mis-behavior, and would be the first one to rail against these officers, but not in this case. Meyer was the bastard-punk-bitch here, and no one else. I hope he kills himself someday.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
There's a difference in freedom of speech, and what this guy did. If he wouldn't of been a dumb ass and not gone there to cause trouble. He would have got his turn and had his right to free speech, but he wanted to become famous. I hope this piece of shit get's his head bashed in.
@Justin80176 If you read he waited 2 hours to ask a question and when he was up they cut off the mic. He was escorted and yell for the right to ask his question. Who wouldnt be furious? Waiting that long to not be heard? So they said he can ask his question. He did and his mic was shut off again. And he was escorted before he could even get his answer. Why was he still being escorted out if Senator Kerry told police he would answer his question. Giving him the right to stay.
@welovechrissilver They announced they were taking last question & he freaked, shoved his way to the mic in front of others, cussing & yelling, They tried to remove him & he started screaming that he was being arrested. They agreed to let him ask 1 question then walk out with them. He got pissed when they told him time was up. He continued w/out allowing Kerry to reply for another minute. When he said "blowjob" they cut the mic & resumed his removal. He fought so he was EVENTUALLY arrested.
@welovechrissilver Drive stunned, not tased. In order to cuff him after 60 seconds of warning, which followed 60 seconds of trying to get him to leave, which followed 90 seconds of waiting for him to stop talking & let Kerry Reply.
If you know the story, why did you claim Kerry didn't answer the question? He did. IN DETAIL. & why are you acting like they did something wrong to Meyer? If you know the story, you realize how many chances to ask a question then leave peacefully that he got
@welovechrissilver You are getting facts & opinions mixed up. I am replying to your misrepresentation of facts. a couple that come to mind are when you claimed Kerry didn't reply to the question when the transcript shows a DETAILED response. or when you said he "waited for 2 hrs" which is nonsense. it was to be a 60 minute speech with a few questions after. At 90 minutes they called time. There were other claims too. But again, I'm responding w/FACTS. Opinion doesn't mean anything without them.
@mamacornettesmoney Wooow I can't believe we are still talking bout this. I've heard the facts from you like a million times. I'm trying to speak out my OPINION on tasers lol. That's it. Conversation over lmao.
PAID LEAVE? THE FUCK? Fuck da police.

"Apart from the taser use issues, one must consider the free speech implications of the police officers’ actions", said Howard Simon, ACLU of Florida Executive Director. Similarly – Kerry had a reasonable expectation to be able to answer those questions. (cont.)

Where is this land with no laws?

@mamacornettesmoney
the fact is he did nothing wrong, cops should not be allowed to do whatever they like

How can so many not realize that people running an event have the right to set rules (he broke ALL of them, most more than once) & enforce them.
mamacornettesmoney 4 months ago

I hope he kills himself someday.

first thing he said was a lie. from 0:25 to 0:28. fuck this guy.

There's a difference in freedom of speech, and what this guy did. If he wouldn't of been a dumb ass and not gone there to cause trouble. He would have got his turn and had his right to free speech, but he wanted to become famous. I hope this piece of shit get's his head bashed in.
Justin80176 5 months ago

@mamacornettesmoney yeah and out forgot to mention he was tasered. I already know the story.

@welovechrissilver Yeah, but I don't look at the names. If I read something that's false, I respond to it with facts.

@mamacornettesmoney I know the facts. I'm stating my opinion. You reply to everyone that's has one?

@welovechrissilver You are getting facts & opinions mixed up. I am replying to your misrepresentation of facts. a couple that come to mind are when you claimed Kerry didn't reply to the question when the transcript shows a DETAILED response. or when you said he "waited for 2 hrs" which is nonsense. it was to be a 60 minute speech with a few questions after. At 90 minutes they called time. There were other claims too. But again, I'm responding w/FACTS. Opinion doesn't mean anything without them.
mamacornettesmoney 5 months ago
@mamacornettesmoney Wooow I can't believe we are still talking bout this. I've heard the facts from you like a million times. I'm trying to speak out my OPINION on tasers lol. That's it. Conversation over lmao.
