This still surprises me, how lot of people don't know about Kinovelax Diet Plan (do a google search), despite the fact that lots of people get [great|good results because of it. Thanks to my buddy who told me about Kinovelax Diet Plan, I've lost a ton of weight by using it without starving myself.
I'm doin this every morning and night I'm always out during day I climb stuff with my mates and run with my dog I'm losing weight hopfully I will be to my normal size again I'm strong but I wanna be stronger so two of my mates who take piss out me cos I'm a bit flabby so I can show up fit and strong can't wait to show off
This has no relevance to this particular video but I really need help with press ups/push ups. I get half way down and fall flat on he ground. My arms have no shape and no tone-they're practically sausages! I'm not fat at all(not being vein) but just hVe no arm muscles. Really would appreciate your advice or other tips for toning your arms. @MrHannahBal You should try lifting small dumbells and work your way up to heavier ones so you can build some arm muscle. Then once your arms are stronger try doing push ups again. Or you can stand arms length away from the wall, place your hands on the wall and do wall push ups. They are much easier and can help you gain a bit of muscular strength in your arms.
@sillybob90 Knee pain can be a result of weak muscles around the knee joints or a condition that would disallow you from doing high impact exercise like running. Be careful to never workout through pain. Runners train to run and you can find lots of exercises online that will strengthen your knees for running. You can also try lower impact workouts on an elliptical machine or a rebounder.

@faithkp My stroller is a Baby Jogger. Price-wise it's in the middle - about $175 - and it has rubber wheels, an MP3 speaker hookup, and a built-in odometer. I like it a lot so far, so I'm glad I didn't spring for a pricier one.
