I can understand why you'd want laundry things for the sake of the game feeling more realistic, but, why would you want to do this in a game??? It's boring enough in real life! The Sims can get sooo boring just from feeding and bathing and toileting them, we don't want any more mundane things! We want MAGIC! :-D Thank god for cheats.

@MultiSlipknot23 Nope :) you can walk away, and when the buzzer rings you stop what your doing (cooking, peeing) and then transfer the clothes to the dryer, or you can just leave them in the washer (but they will be nasty)

@lgnbrm970 Nah, you don't need WV. You just need Ambitions or you can just download the laundry appliances off the Sims 3 Store. If you get them via the Store, then you won't need Ambitions. :)

@eyeamkindablonde because in certain towns, they just drop their clothes on the floor. they still spin around, but they leave a mess. so if u do lundry, it cleans it up and it gives u a good moodlet. :)

You know, you could just use "testingCheatsenabled True", press shift and use the mailbox to make him happy, by choosing "make everyone happy". It's not bad for the game, like boolprop for the sims 2.

@schnoorman123 Well, i dont know about the sims for the 360, but the one for the PC only makes you do laundry if you buy a washing machine. Whenever they change their clothes, a pile of clothes will end up on the floor unless you buy a clothes hamper. :)

everyone knows that have played the sims. Thats were you enter cheats codes and motherlode is one of the codes. It gives you 50,000 simolens everytime you enter motherlode in the cheat box

I saw the laundry basket does that help make it so that it doesn't have to be one outfit per load thing? Can they pick up the households laundry and put it in the basket and do it as one load?

well when the sims switch out of there clothes it lands on the floor eventually you can decide when to pick up the clothes and throw them either in the hamper or you could just put them in the washer it really dosen"t matter. The sims just want the clothes off the floor after a while.

I usually have the maid do it. The laundry doesn't take that long to do.
