@Alexlsonflre Explain how Hines Ward is dirty? Because he can hit harder than some of the NFL's linebackers? Because he actually blocks for his team? Alot of Wide receivers can block for there team? Sure he speared Ed Reed but he stopped running his route waved for the medic's on the sideline.. then continued running his route.. thats not dirty.

@diablo616 Hahaha, I agree 100% He's definetly not dirty... He is very physical though. haha, He broke Keith Rivers jaw, and he laid Ed Reed out.. which was illegal and everything. But he blocks better than some tight ends in the league.. Hines Ward gets dissed alot because of being so physical and tough.. but I'll always stick up for him. haha

@Alexlsonflre Explain why he's dirty? Because he's a wide receiver who can hit harder than some linebackers? He's not dirty at all.. Boy it always gets ugly when my Titans play the Steelers. I love fiesty Finnegan, boy he don't care. If the defense is goin at it he's right there to back em up and set the tone. The Steelers are no joke. I will never say anything bad about this team again. They did an awesome job! I think the Titans D did good too considering with 7 turnovers and only 19 pts for the Steelers. It could have been much worse, 4th QB or not. Glad it was in wk 2. The Titans will be better thanks to playing Steelers.

@Alexlsonflre first of all, finnegan should of stayed out of it. ward didnt go after him till after finnegan got into it. watch later in the game when he tries to start stuff with wallace. explain why ward is dirty? cause he blocks? maybe you should watch more games with him. not only does he use his hands to catch the ball he uses his shoulder to block ex. keith rivers

@HinesXL Collins isn't really a QB...and from what I've heard from most Steelers fans, VY is basically like a 2nd or 3rd string, so I guess we were on even terms.

LOL. Collins is a 16 year vet who took the Giants to the SB and the Titans to 13-3 in 2008 and # 1 seed and played 6 games as recently as last year.
Young played all of 2007 and took the team to 10-6 and played 10 games last year and was 2006 NFL Rookie of the year.
Batch hadn't played since 2006 and Dixon had exactly 2 games under his belt.
Do some homework.

Chris Johnson has made his career on Holds that aren't called when he cuts back.
Hoke was clearly being held and would have held him up just long enough to get help the way Johnson was slammed all day on every other play this game and last year.

@HinesXL ph yea? like when he has that 70 yard rush vs seattle last year called back in week 17? the refs came out a month later and said that was the wrong call and they got it wrong. He would likely have broken the NFL record if it wasn 't for that bad call. It goes both ways.

@HinesXL They pulled him out of the game and stopped giving him runs when he needed 140 in a quarter and a half. Fisher said that if he was at 2070 or 2060 they would have let him run every single play until he got the record.

@Obierock09 Well, if it makes you feel any better I kow your frustration. in 2006 Willie Parker had over 200 yds in one game early in the 4th quarter and Cowher pulled him right after he set the Steelers single game mark. However the way he was running and the way the Browns were sucking I'm sure he could have popped a big one to give him a shot at the all time mark for a single game.
