  • 3:10 you actually need to make a rowing move, to train also your back. Besides from that, you're fucking strong.

  • horrible tecnique at back rows, i ve never seen such a bad one.

  • dawg, all you need is a 45 pound ballistics vest, pull-up/dip station, push-up bars, and run regularly in sprinting intervals (not on a treadmill, just putting that out). nevertheless, good job.

    M. squats & lunges, 10 sets of 20 superset w/vest. 3 mile sprinting intervals.

    T. pull-ups and push-ups, 10 sets of max reps.

    W. 3-4 mile sprinting intervals

Th. 30-45 min of plyometrics w/vest

    F. plyo push-ups, dips, slow eccentric chin-ups 10 sets of 15 w/vest.

    S. APFT +max rep pull-ups

    Su. rest

  • Saw off video! wrong techic most of it. Too much weigth for u on back rows. You dont pull with your back and you dont stay and squeeze.Chest out m8 and stay for a while and pull close to your stomach. If you cant do push up dont do it! and use the rope right! at the end of the motion rotate your wrists out.Something that you cant do here cause the weigth is too heavy for you! thumb down video! You send wrong message out there! You trying to train your ego and not your body! Great cardio!

  • How long did it take for you to get into this level of fitness? i would like to know so i could try this myself?

  • I see you get the typical knockers, good stuff there mate.

  • btw whats the name of the song? ^^

  • more more and MORE FKN REPS BRO ! and try to give on it MORE WEIGHT... u need hard ''OWN'' rules... like ''I dont fkn end it before I dont get the reps that I said in the beginning'' that means stay ur word... If wanna be a Ninja Warrior... u must combine ur MIND with ur BODY !!! so no fkn overweights just with 1 rep... if u do with overweights... thn at least 20 reps... but the positive thing u re showing gd Basic rules to start... *thumbs up*

  • im sorry to say but ur wasting alot of gym time. especially for something like ninja warrior. u could half the time and double ur results if u switched out alot of exercises in there for something else and trained energy systems instead of bodyparts.

  • dude this shit inspired me to try a one arm pushup which ive always thought i was incapable of... SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!!

  • sorry dude.but you are a prime example of poor quality technique.youre doing a very small amount of reps and doing way too much weight which is causing your technique to suck.even with the 12 reps of back rows you still werent doing them right.you werent coming as far back as you should.you should definitely consider getting a trainer.seriously bro, lifting is about getting the best results, not showmanship.

  • I like how you used rubber weights in your workout video so those 10 pound plates would look like 45 pound ones and purposely used a bad quality camera so no one could tell. I also like how you disabled the comments so no one would call you out on it and fooled everyone to think your actually strong and convince people to sponsor (give you money) you.

  • @OsamaBinHorny What you're saying is crap, lol

  • 410 as a max holy shit

  • awesome work routine.

  • 0:53 haha kind of looks like you have ..."problems" if I couldnt see the rope

  • After watching a few of your other videos I have come to the conclusion that you don't know anything about weightlifting, my advice to you is to get do some research on how to actually train efficiently so you don't waste anymore of your own time.

  • @AirJordan337 weight lifting have many type, bodybuilding, powerlifting, weight lift, isometric... i guess you mind weight lifting= bodybuilding....he is try to increase strenght without unnecessary mass, each rep he do, the 1 rep max is 80% above and as fast as possible, that stimulate the mind muscle. unlike bodybuilding train the mass with lighter control weight...

i see many big bodybuilding, lift weight like sissy, same even using strap for pull up.

    good job Jake.

  • he a douchebag? and what he doesnt have good form? this not muscle building so much more of strength training

gurantee he can beat all of you who is talking shit to the ground he is only 155 pounds also

  • @greatdreams89 What a ridiculous and uneducated statement; you seem to imply that incorrect lifting technique makes you a good fighter. No matter what the discipline, form is everything; why lift a weight that is too heavy for you, sacrificing form and the benefits of the exercise so you can say "hey, I curl 50lb dumbbells, see how hard I am!"? It's the equivalent of guys thumping heavy bags for ten seconds and thinking they're a fighter.

Try not to betray your ignorance in future, yes?

  • I LIKE THIS;BECAUSE NINJUTSU IS ALL ABOUT ENDURANCE;THIS NINJA IS EVRYTHING A MODERN DAY NINJA SHOULD SHOOT FOR AS GOAL.....

    RED SPIDER NINJA SOCIETY

  • wow!, having 3 45lb plates strapped to you while doing dips! thats impressive

mine isnt as good as yours, good job!

i can do 3 35lb plates along with 150lbs of me for 6 reps

  • looser

  • The first part is good for people who practice martial arts

  • one word..."over rated" u still have alot to work on its already sasuke 23 and i still didnt see u .u will suck in stage 1 cause u dont have the speed sry but see the facts

  • my routine is: Monday-chest & back, Tuesday-marathon, Wednesday-Legs & shoulder, Thursday-kayaking, Friday-mountainbiking, Saturday & Sunday- bang a skank

  • one arm push ups are actually as an exercise

  • You're committed that's for sure. I have never been able to get my workouts done by lifting weights in a gym because it's so tedious and repetitive. That's why I have to get my exercise from sports and activities like hiking and kayaking and skiing. I build my power by bouldering because it's fun and I get to play as I grow stronger. Still, I've always kind of admired the force of will I think it must require to commit oneself to a rigid daily gym routine. I don't possess that perspective.

  • Terrible form

  • song name?

  • @mikoreos I believe that was A Perfect Circle and you can simply put a few of the lyrics in parenthesis in a google search and you should be able to get the song name no problem. I find it always helps to type the word lyrics after the words in the parenthesis and that way you can also read the lyrics as well as discover the name of the song.

  • im with rev0UK1 this guy is a douchebag lol who the fuck is gunna waste there time doing 3 dips and then try to look like a hardass and use a hammer strength machine and even call it a bench, on top of that he couldnt even do the weight lol i see people like this in my gym all the time and they go no where.

  • @bestofMD: thats why its called lower res higher reps and its cardio.. man

  • 50 pound resistance band its light

  • this guys the definition of a douchebag

  • How long does this usually take, these.. daily workouts?

  • Judging from what I've seen in this video. I'd guess 45 min to 1 hour.

  • not bad but you should worry about form in your lifts before you put weight on

  • don't mean to be a naysayer or anything, but as compared to Pavel Tsatsouline's instructions and demo in The Naked Warrior, those one-arm pushups are WAY off.

    All the best :)

  • dude wats the song called where the guy sounds like hes screaming?

  • go back to sleep-a perfect circle-pet

  • nice work, keep it up.

  • you have ups

  • whats the name of song in vid?

  • hey i think its cool that your a body builder that isnt discousting huge and you arent covered in all of that tanning oil. it is really cool that you can do all of that work. it looks really hard though you are barly streigning it looks like

  • He's just showing what he does... he doesn't do all of his reps in the vid.

  • @Chronicles1250 then why was he struggling to get in his last reps on everything?

  • They're announcing the ANC4 winner on March 6th, apparently. Good luck. Any chance of seeing your entry video before then?

  • dude you got my vote brother! thats some serious stuff your doing keep up the good work! your doing awsome but dont forget to keep doing your parkour! MOST IMPORTANT THING!

  • i like your vids man!

  • wow dude! respect man! i will most definately vote for you!

  • Well it is now the 8th of February.... any details on the ANC 4...... Did you get in?

  • The competition officially started on February 2nd, and I have until February 22nd to finish and submit my Entry Video to G4. Although, I'm now 99% done with my Entry Video, and I hope to have it submitted by Friday of this week. But again, I won't know if I'm going to Japan until, at least, February 23rd or 24th. Thanks.

  • Kick A.. best of luck, represent for the red, white, and blue

  • That's a ridiculous amount of weight you are lifting for your weight. I remember being your weight when I had just started lifting and was no where near your strength. You can see the massive amounts of progress you have made. I always enjoy your video's more than most ninja warrior training vids. Wish you the best of luck and hope you make it.

  • Thanks for that. I'm just now finishing up my G4 Entry Video, and I hope to have it submitted within the next few days. The real question is: Will it be the one Oliva Munn will choose? I can only hope.

  • Yeah great training man, so coplete! :) i hope to see you at ninja warrior

  • gl olivia will be a tough judge but u can WoW her for sure

  • To all my YouTube fans:

I just heard on G4's website that the Official start date of ANC4 is going to February 2nd. From what I've read, it seems that this time around Oliva Munn from G4 is in charge of selecting the winner of the video challenge, and that they're NOT leaving it up to the general public to decide.

However, I have yet to read ANC4's Official Rules. When I do read them on February 2nd, I'll be sure to inform you on all the details.

Thank you for your continued support.

  • Good luck in impressing Ms. Munn.

  • Thanks. I'm going to need it.

  • oh well i hope i can vote soon cause i got boot camp realy soon and id love to put my vote in, if u make it definately got put the video up cause i would love to see how u do and sadly i will miss it cause of basic. great work as always and best of luck

  • mad resoect for still posting it even after you missed it but i'd love to see it on a bar lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hey man i have probubly good news for you. I check the page where you submit videos for g4's challenge sometimes. and it always says " Voting has now ended" But now it lets you put in information and it says the rules and everything again. Maybe they will update it very soon. Lets pray o.O

  • Yes, let's hope and pray.

  • your welcome

I wish G4 would get their act together

  • Do you know what your up against on all four stages?

    Good luck!!! :]

    nice song too

  • I know exactly what I'm up against, at least for Stages 1, 2 and 3. Since no one has reached the 'new' Stage 4, there are no specific details concerning what it is. Some people speculate that it's a 10 meter ladder climb, followed by a 12.5 meter rope climb, and some people speculate that it's simply a 22.5 meter rope climb. We don't know. But, as far as Stages 1 through 3, I know exactly what to expect. And I've trained hard for it. Thanks.

  • boy that just makes me wanna see that video more o.O

  • Jake that was an amazing workout, and knowing you, you will win this challenge. But remember there is some guy out there working just as hard as you and thats why a lapse in concentration right now is a fatal mistake. I have run three marathons and one guy has beaten me by one minute every time! Also for your acceptance video try some new camera angles, and push the limits of that Mac, the material is only as good as it's presented.

    CB . . .

    Lose yourself in the pain!

  • Thanks, bro. I knew I could count on you for support. And don't worry, I have some KILLER camera angles for my G4 Entry Video. You just wait and see. Peace.

  • Sweeet cant wait to see u on TV and rock

  • awesome video m8!

im just itching to vote for you =D

  • u think the vid is good and definetly be picked?

  • If I didn't believe that, I probably would've given up a long time ago. Yes, I believe my video is good enough. The 'picking' will be left up to you, though.

  • Man, you are huge!! you are a huge inspiration, to keep training and trying to achieve my goals.

I really hope to know more from you!!

  • I just wish I'd been strong enough to lift that 410 pounds. Oh, well. There's always next time. I'll get it eventually.

Keep training! Believe in yourself, and you'll go far. Peace.

  • 410 lbs is quite heavy.... I find that doing a good warmup with shoulders and chest helps greatly when I attempt a heavy lift... the most Ive pressed was 310.. good luck and it was an awesome video!!!!

  • ANC2 which was a year ago was january 18th started so maybe the Commercials for ANC4 will start tomorrow. Which is btw my birthday hehe yay but ya and the 20th sasuke was march 26th. Idk they may have a slight more time but we'll have to see

  • I hope you're right. All I know is, my entry video is done and ready to be submitted. I just wish G4 would come out and give us a definite date as to when ANC4 will start. If that date's tomorrow, then I'll be a happy man. Thanks.

  • Oh, and.... Happy Birthday!
