Hey, thankx for the comment you left me. I was kind of confised by it though. I made a comment on the page about the lack of a flash on the TP2 but you may have missed the part where I said I have an 8mp camera. No disrespect at all to the TP2. I just got mine this Friday and I absolutely love this thing. Since I don't carry my camera all the time a flash on this would be nice. I wish my battery lasted longer but all in all this is a perfect phone. I totally agree with you.

I wouldnt say many. Multi touch and active dev community. HTC TP2 has double the vertical screen resolution, multitasking, qwerty keyboard, options for alternative user interfaces and 3rd party web browsers, expandable memory, better music management ( deleting directly from phone, downloading sound files form browser inster of just streaming) And then they both have simmilar processors and ram ,so..... not really

There is not multitasking on the 3gs official.

The alternative interfaces Im refering to are total overhauls. Its great I can try new ui all the time. The customization and level of control is much higher, and I like having control over my computers. Also there are browser add ons for iphone but not fully independent ones.

The reason for a keyboard is acuracy and space, I dont mind a bit of increased thickness for that. And saying the 3gs or any os for that matter runs perfectly is crazy.

I agree with you. Sure the Iphone has brought us new things, as you pointed out, the "touch screen only" phone. But what that kid is forgetting, is that the Iphone is old news. There are newer and better phones being released.

For example the new Motorola Droid. Droid is a fantastic phone operating system and has many advantages over iphone (such as people with real programming knowledge and 3rd party support)).

Its gonna out in July 22 on T-Mobile and then on sprint and later on in the year verizon and at&t will get there version of the Touch Pro 2 although dont think the phone would like like it does now the compinies modify the phone into there own style like in att the phone is black with a red keyboard in sprint its all black and tmobile is a nice kinda blackish grayish color and in verizon i think that company would have the closest original look

Remember that the Engadget mockups did have issues: the specs didn't meet up with those in the leaked AT&T docs, and it seems to have a gridded "QWERTZ" keyboard. Not offset ir anything, and it seems to have a separate numpad the rear-facing cam. I'd be cautious with them. But you are spot-on about the launch dates.

The Phone looks great and seems to perform well. Even though a lot of people complaint about Windows Mobile, on the end, it is the most flexible and versatile mobile OS. It has a lot more applications designed to it than any other mobile OS.

I don't know if it has one, but the HTC Touch Pro (I got it as the AT&T FUZE) has a mini-USB dongle with a 3.5mm jack, 2.5mm jack, and a Mini-USB port to sync with a PC. There's also a funny thing on the side of the dongle that looks like a mini-USB port, but I don't know. Maybe TV Out?
