  • I wanna go there.

  • holy shit that looks hard

  • i bet she would be an amazing lyrical dancer! :)

  • WOW

  • lovely flexibility but i would like to see more work from the inner thighs. I'd also love to see a bit more work with the floor at the beginning of the battement. make sure you go through all of the tendu before lifting the leg off the floor.

  • that looks like such a fun exercise! haha. totally gonna try it (:

  • no strength or technique bluetutu? I beg to differ....of course I have watched these girls dance for years and know that this definitely doesn't do either one of them ANY justice

  • and besides THAT was years ago! thx for the support

  • the girl facing the camara, in your last attitude devant, you need to fix it, its not for knee that you want up, its you thigh, like bend your leg and put on a table or put you ankle on the bar and bend your knee like an attitude, that is how its supossed to be....good luck <3

  • :O gaynor mindens!!

  • My teacher called them pas de bou le I think... but it's been a couple of years so I could be wrong and that name could be for something else.

  • Wow, y'all's teacher sounds like she don't play! lol

  • ballet isnt about looks i ment

  • hah thats meredith

  • our ballet class calls them corc screws.

  • my class calls them swoopy things.

haha do they actually have a name?

  • well used to call them moderns(and i have no idea why)

  • SHUT UP, I BET YOU COULDN'T.

  • actually im a pre professional ballerina and i train 25 hours a week

  • YOU ARE BALLERINA CLASSIC BALLET?

  • ABSOLUTELY SYNCHRONISITY!

  • that seems really complicated

  • it looks so easy. (of course it's not^^) i love it

  • Nice extension & smile! Just make sure to keep both knees nice & stretched at all times. Try engaging your ab muscles more throughout your exercises-it will help keep your torso still, control your gr. battements, & make your movements more fluid overall. Pretend your leg is "light as a feather" when closing from gr. battement, & on your prep for pirouette, watch 5th pos. & don't "pop" your heel before the releve devant. I'd like to see how you've improved since this is over a yr. old! :)

  • roll through your pointe shoes and lift more!

  • lol

  • to much snapping into those knees ladies.....get yourself to a gyrtonic session and learn about fluid movement

  • That was nice!!!! But at the end, if you anticipate the releve before the pirouette, the transition would have been a lot smoother, but over all- Great Jod and keep working!!!

Oh and one more thing my mom always tells me, "As long as you are doing something good "haters" will always be around"

    ~The Black Ballerina~

  • ooh i love doing those, my class calls them "squigly wiggly kick" =]]

  • In my class, we call them "las vegas".

  • Not bad, Not bad!

    Nice extension.(:.

  • your really good keep going with more work u cud b perfect!

  • OMG..these girls have no real strength, no clean technique.

  • lets c u do it then!

  • I think they have potential...what they(or at least the girl showed up front) seem to lack is concentration. That can be fixed.

  • nice extension

  • wow. this looks so painful for your thighs! good job :D

  • looks like it, but its an awesome workout for the thighs!

  • The little circles you did with your arm on the last inside ronds de jambe are so cute...I use to that too!

  • dont droop your arms. hold them from the lower back up through the spine. think UP!

  • amazing :)

  • fantastic vid! nice dancers and nice studio

  • I would've liked to have seen more movement of the head, it was a bit zombie like. ;) But really very good!

  • Nice, but make sure to hold your arms strong, it will help with your balance and back muscle development.

  • great to watch!!

  • Wow!

  • Flawless.

  • Straighten your knees, okay?

    Good job though.

  • omg this is very good

  • Super !

  • 5/5 stars ;)

  • Keep your knees straight and pulled up in all of your battements. Also, keep your torso pulled up in battement derierre, and keep your hips and shoulders square always.

  • Nice technique AND you're smiling! Watching you even made me smile, good job! You must be a great performer :)

  • That was really cool:)
