Is this TRAINING DAY? You're doing better than a bunch of gas monkeys but was there a battle plan? If you're going to tackle that hulk with big dollar machines then you should have a demo plan. Here's a simple plan free of charge: Keep it afloat as long as possible/don't lick around the pussy/don't nip......BITE/simple planning will keep from chewing the rest underwater/and teach the shear people how to run a shear properly. The shear people are reps, union brass, or company suck-asses.
@mdmf007 Looks to me like the nibbler just needs one fairly unskilled person to run it. However I'd be willing to bet that two people that know how to use a long neck scrapping torch, could cut this little barge in half faster than what I'm seeing here. Do doubt in my mind.
@stewsmeatmarket Im a burner(torchman) for a living. I used to cut ships but now work in a yard where I cut structual and machinery. We have three shears that run besides and I can outcut them with no problem. I send all the rusty/dirty stuff to them

This nibbling looks terribly inefficient when compared to cutting it to larger pieces with acetylene torches, but then again, health and safety...
