the entire time i watched the series , I kept hearing Kyon saying - now weve become a cute housewife comedy... a very gentle and mellow show is what it is...this couple is the polar opposite of Saito and Misaki in Welcome to the NHK , which is true irony in that both couples had abuse , neglect , and the Japanese way of life to contend with , and react in very different ways.... this was a nice series to watch just to watch , not everything has to be FLCL or Catchemall or major pervy or violent.
