you absolutely have no knowledge with how hip-hop/rap works do you? it is almost entirely built upon 'samples' (this one being patrice rushen's forget me nots)

that being said, most artists are ALOT more creative with their samples, and the fresh prince + jazzy jeff have been known to keep their beats sounding alot like the samples (Summertime, Gettin' Jiggy, this...).
