A few months ago I got this game on the Wii. When it first started up, right from the little "ding" of the coin at the beginning, I felt so nostalgic and had the biggest smile ever~ :'D

I have the original Super Mario All Stars for Super Nintendo. Super Mario World was my first game for the console. My second console was Sega, I loved Sonic! My siblings and I LOVED Yoshi! We even watched a cartoon show, starring Mario, when I was young. But I can't remember the show's exact name. Super Mario 64, was as epic as Smash Brothers Brawl, when it was released for the Nintendo 64. There was a lot of hype. Now, games have become more complex and not as replayable as Mario games.

Nintendo couldn't fully hide the fact that lost levels is the real mario 2 in the allstars foreign releases. Look at it's placement, right after one and before Mario USA. Look at the cover closely too. He's holding up 2 fingers symbolizing that that is the second game. The games are placed in the menu according to release dates. Super Mario Bros (1985), Super Mario Bros 2 (1986), Super Mario USA (1988) and Super Mario Bros 3 (1990)

@HostageKiller Play the games more. They are the easiest enemy for me. One turtle shell and they die or you can jump/run under them. Super easy small. Once you get in close the hammers can't hit you. Stay on top of them and run or wait for them to rush you and jump.

when i play my copy of super mario all stars it does this weird thing where on the title screen it will be pretty dark, but when you sit in the select game screen for a few seconds it will get bright suddenly. i have not noticed it with the in game but it might happen there too. any help?

The DX (GBC) versions of Super Mario 1 and Lost Levels, with graphical and audio enhancements similar to the original All-Stars versions (also with new features to take advantage of the touchscreen)

The GBA versions of SMB2, SMB3 and SMW (again with new features to take advantage of the touchscreen)

Each game would also have new features not in any previous version.
