I Like this movie. It's about loyalty and keeping your promise. and being able to stand by your word. something that is rearly portraited in american movies.
I'm not sure if it's Walken's crazy monologues or the fact that he's assembled the most comical group ever to blackmail the mafia and defeat a South American dictatorship but this movie is special to me.
You mean when they break into the crack house, kill everybody, and DON'T DO ANYTHING ELSE. How were they going to get 10 million from a crack dealer in alphabet city?
Def one of the best movies of all time, not a movie for the timid or the lame.
This is one of the greatest movies of all time. Not really, but well worth the buck or two it costs to buy a used VHS from Amazon. This movie vascillates pretty randomly between hard right wing politics (just shoot people who break the law and crime will go away) to loopy left wing "we are the people and we have the power" drippy crap. Must be seen to be believed.
I hope someone has posted or will post Walken's confrontation with Luis Guzman in this movie.
She's also in the movie "Colors" with Robert Duvall, and Sean Penn

2:16 - is Walken winking to the crew??

@PufferBluntman This reply is a little late but no, I think he's looking at the waiter and asking for the check.

@amynoeloasis yeah, but it's funnier to think that he is whispering "Line please"

Every clip I have seen of this movie is just so bizarre.
I just have to watch this movie sometime.
This has to be the weirdest dialogue ever written.

@wonderfulwhippet123 Yeah. McBain is one weird movie. But a very good one.

My country's poor and overrun by drug czars.
You think that's bad? I had to walk twenty four miles to listen to music and get high.
